The staff here is great, they are friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of the hotel and are super helpful. The room was excellent, everything was in great and clean working order, and no bad surprises. The view is great from the upper floors. There can be a wait for the elevators sometimes. Internet computers are in the lobby if...

Recently stayed at the Hilton Seattle. To say the least, I was very disappointed with my stay. I planned on staying for two days, but upon arrival, I was walked due to the hotel being overbooked. In my opinion, the gentleman at Reception was not trained on how to deal with situations as such. He was unsympathetic, frazzled, and didn't...

Stayed here for two nights after coming to Seattle for job interviews. Andrew and Michael, the two concierges, are fantastic. Full of great recommendations for sightseeing and hotspots. Alison, Long, and every other member of the front desk staff were beyond helpful, and they all thought of me enough to sign a card and deliver a "good luck" local beer...

Enjoyed our stay very much, especially the appetizers and breakfast . The location was convenient to all the sight seeing we wanted to do. The bellmen were very helpful, called a van to take us to the airport.

First trip to to Seattle, weekend getaway with my husband. Loved Seattle! We are Hilton Honors members so we always stay at Hiltons. That being said, they are not all alike. Seattle Hilton was awesome! Check in was easy. After our walk up the street from the train, we were so thirsty. Yummy cold ice water in the lobby! Very...

This is not a very nice hotel to begin with. it is pretty mediocre. But when I got to my room I was really dissatisfied. I must have been given the smallest room on the floor--1701. Immediately off the elevator and right next to the stairs. For what they are charging the room was ridiculous. And when the check out...

We stayed at this Hilton for one night before our cruise. It was clean and the staff were friendly. They let us check in early and check out late. It was a great location and we could walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.

A generic fine hotel in a good neighborhood in Seattle - nothing special but very satisfactory if you are simply traveling for business and aren't doing much socializing. the parking is quite expensive so seek a public lot nearby.

Hotel fell way below my expectations from a 5 star hotel and the price I paid. No parking, half of the light bulbs in the room were burnt out. Bathroom shower was horrible and unable to close the door to the bathroom because of bad design. No offer at help to help with my bags A 3 star hotel
