We stayed as part of the package through the Emerald City Comicon & received their convention rates. It was extremely crowed in downtown Seattle & when I tried to go into the hotels parking garage we were waived away by the attendants since it was full. I let my wife out to run over to the convention since she had...

Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. When they heard we were celebrating my 60th birthday they gave us complimentary breakfast and a gift and birthday card was waiting in our room. The only downside is parking is too expensive.

Nice room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Free WiFi for Hilton Honors members. Location was within walking distance from Pike's Market and other stores. MOD pizza was right across the street too, for a quick dinner or snack.

Location is pretty good. You are about 6 long blocks to walk to Pike's Market. Good location over all. Hotel staff is polite. Rooms are surprisingly small. Problems do get resolved, when they come up. Probably my biggest complaint is the rooms are dark. Memo to hotel management...it rains and is overcast in Seattle, so add some BRIGHT lights to...

Dear Fceexp, Thank you for staying with us and above all sharing your feedback. You are right about the overcast and while we can't do anything about the weather we can certainly add more lighting in the rooms! Thanks again and should your travels bring you back to Seattle please don't hesitate to reach out to me caroline.gatura@Hilton.com if I...

Thank you Jimmie for your kindness but this hotel is in decadence with all my respect. Thank you also to the staff in the red trees bar but i am not coming back. Old facilities, small lounge, poor breakfast in the lounge and messy. Even the evening time in the lounge is not enjoyable at all. Views are so so....

Dear Angel S, Thank you for taking the time to give us your great feedback and commending our staff our restaurant as well as Jimmie who I am very lucky to work alongside. Thank you for pointing the areas of opportunity which we don't take lightly as we endeavor to improve upon. I apologize that the interaction with the front...

My father and I had a 14 hour day full of airport delays, lost baggage followed by an awful air bnb situation Wednesday, which led us to this hotel around 2 am Thursday. Kristen checked us in and was nothing short of wonderful! She did everything she could to make us feel at home. After the day we had, it...

Ahoy, Sarah_flys! WOW! Sounds like you guys had quite the lead up to your late night arrival at our humble abode. Kristen is pretty much the best overnight Desk Agent in all of downtown Seattle! I'd be willing to put money on it! I'm glad to hear she was so hospitable to you all upon your arrival. Alison and Tramain...

Had an anniversary stay in a one-bedroom suite that was lovely and had a great view of Elliott Bay and the Space Needle. As always, Hilton staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks for letting us check in a couple of hours early. Unlike most hotels, this Hilton requires an elevator ride to the lobby which isn't really...

Greetings, Randal S! Thanks for the kind words! We strive for customer service excellence here, and I'm thrilled to read that we lived up to the billing for your momentous stay with us. We do certainly have a unique entrance for our property, but we like to think it adds a small bit of charm to this classic hotel. Thanks...

The Seattle Hilton is centrally located, close to great restaurants and shopping and a short walk to main attractions. Very friendly staff and convenient parking (not cheap but typical downtown hotel parking rates). Too bad they don't have a rooftop bar, the views must be amazing up there. The room was OK, spacious, we'll equipped but nothing fancy. Their beds...

Hola, reisenderjo! You pretty much summed up the main points I believe make our hotel a tremendous place to stay at! Friendly & outgoing staff, central prominent downtown location, and the clean rooms and beds...OHH the beds! They really are quite heavenly, aren't they?! If I didn't have to work, I'd probably asleep in one right now. Only kidding! But...

The hotel had a great location and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately, it was incredibly difficult to find a place to park our car while we checked in, and the guest service staff really didn't see to care about the inconvenience and acted unwilling to help us throughout our stay. Good hotel; terrible staff.

Greetings, LLautz - I must say, I'm very disappointed to read about your lack of a positive experience with our staff. Typically, they are the shining light of this property, and I sincerely apologized that we fell short in this area for you. I am glad to see that the location worked out perfectly for you guys, and I'd love...
