Poor front of house staff, decent rooms, great location. As a diamond members I would expect some acknowledgement but I was treated as someone who books looking for the cheapest room. If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't consider this hotel again.More

We didn't walk that far, but we walked to Lenora St elevator which took about 20 minutes, strolling and looking around at the same time. If you walked purposefully you would probably get there in 20-25 minutes. It's downhill from the hotel to the Waterfront which makes it easier!
