This is a comfortable hotel, but has been remodeled to meet modern expectations. The worst part was the WiFi, but location, service, staff, cleanliness, etc, all great. I'll use them for personal trips in the future.

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel. After speaking with a friend who used to live in Seattle she suggested having a hotel in this area would be better than staying somewhere else. There is a lot to see at Pike Market which is a few blocks from this hotel. This hotel was very easy to find from I-5. Check...

I wouldn't recommend staying here - there are nicer and probably cheaper places in Seattle. We stayed here recently whilst visiting Seattle. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating however our experience was completely ruined due to the very thin walls. I'm a heavy sleeper and can normally sleep just about anywhere, but the walls were so thin I...

Had a good stay at this hotel. Staff were pretty friendly, rooms were decent, price was great compared to surrounding hotels, and bathrooms were updated. The room however was a bit cramped and outdated but considering the price isn't really too bad. Parking sucks but that's usually the case when your in downtown. Hotels connected to a restaurant that has an...

Right across from Seattle Public Library, walking distance to waterfront, metro/rail station, restaurants. The building was an old mansion, so don't expect large rooms and do expect small bathrooms. All in all, it was a great place. Complimentary wine bar for happy hour, The Lodge Restaurant and Bar and a coffee, breakfast, lunch place on first floor. It also has...

Overall this hotel was a great experience. It is in centrally located in the city and not too far from Pike Place Market as well as a multitude of other places to see and do things at. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. There is a beautiful little cafe attached called VoVito's which had delicious food, coffee, pizza,...

The staff is incredible and I would stay there again based on the customer service. It is a great location and the coffee bar and restraint that are attached are fantastic!! We stayed around Christmas time for a Seahawks game and had a great time. It is a boutique hotel so the rooms are small and the walls are paper...

Staff always friendly. Rooms are nice and clean but small. The bathrooms are tiny. Had to wedge onto toilet between sink and wall. No coffee in lobby; however good downtown location at reasonable price.

Great location, the staff is the best! The problem we had with the hotel was age related. Age of the building and age of one our party. you can not get to the elevator without a stair case. The room doors are very narrow. I had to step in the bathroom to hold the door open for my companion.
