The hotel was clean and modern, but we experienced several problems there. When we checked in we were given a physically challenged room, which we did not reserve. The carpet next to the bathroom was soaking wet from the shower. We changed rooms with no problem. But in the new room the safe was locked and we couldn't get it opened, and there was no refrigerator. We got the safe opened in due time, but it took a day to get a refrigerator brought to the room. The hotel could pay closer attention to the condition of its rooms. Nevertheless, I would consider staying here again.
Old hotel, but I love old hotels but not this one. Top price paid. No air conditioning in lobby, one front door with cones blocking it because it was broken. Please use garage entrance to get to the lobby. No housekeeping after 3 PM a gust was told we clean the rooms every three days, but change the towels and sheets daily! WOW! When we went to our floor, housekeeping was working the floor. All the guest was looking for was towels!! Next, internet connects poor. One charger some how connected to the clock radio, wouldn’t work. No USB connection for charging. Jut a very old and dated hotel. With all the building going on around it, I bet it gets sold and torn down. Shame because with some refurbishment and an owner that cared I think it could be great😄
We felt the hotel was nothing as described. It has a old musty smell. Needs major upgrading and the front desk people have no idea what is around them for restaurants or how to get anywhere. They seemed very disorganized. No idea what customer service is. This hotel is not somewhere that I would recommend.
Here for several days, enjoyed the stay. Front desk was extremely helpful and efficient. Used the door - drop room service , the fruit & yogurt option was so good we both ordered every day. Desk also helped us with wash&fold. Did the Executive Room, just a few $ more per night. Don't know if it increases room size but does put you on the 10th floor or above, avoiding possible street noise. The room was spacious with desk and couch & coffee table. Highly recommend. If looking for a view of the Needle, may need to request something different. Would have given 5*' if location was a little closer to points of interest - not far from anything, yet not next to anything.
Nothing extraordinary, located close to Pike Market. Restaurant on site, was room service or Togo only, but don’t expect coffee until after 7. Room was clean, beds were just ok, wall plug ins between the beds was so old that the plugs fell out. Pool is small and doesn’t look clean. I would spend a few more dollars and stay at a Westin or a Hyatt.
We arrived to a room that wasn't cleaned. The table counters and surfaces were sticky. The sheets and sink had hair in them. We had no soap for the shower. Parking is $34 a night. And our safe didn't work. When we complained, they said that the housecleaning Service won't be back until the next day, and they'll try to reach a tech to fix the safe but it could be another day. They had no other free rooms. We asked for cleaning suppllies and they gave us a small container of Clorox wipes. So, we had to clean our own rooms, change our sheets, and ask for more items. This place is gross. Avoid it.
Just arrived for our first time to Seattle. Choose this Hotel for location,I just checked in and this is my first impression: dirty and old carpets, no AC in reception area (total 91 F), restaurant close, our room without security box (called an explained, solution is to move to another room; 6 hours in a plane as we came from Florida😡). It’s the kind of feeling that this facility is running behind competitors.
I was being charged US$ 1,293 for a bottle of red wine on my credit card which is suppose to be priced US$ 28. Unbelievable mistake by unprofessional staffs at the reception area. It certainly caused financial inconveniency during my trip in the US.
We enjoyed our overnight stay here before we boarded a cruise ship the following day. It’s conveniently located with a parking garage. The staff was friendly and our room was spacious and clean. We even had a view of the Space Needle from our room!
I had the opportunity to stay at Warwick, Seattle for just one night! We landed in Seattle and drove straight to the hotel. The lobby is clean and inviting, with a fire lit in the fireplace. Check in was easy, shortly after arrival to our room a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake was delivered to us! Bonus points after a long day of traveling! The room was clean and in order. The highlight has to be the views of the city - they were absolutely incredible! We sat on the bed drinking champagne while listening and watching the energy of the city below. We only had one day in Seattle, so in the morning we checked out of the hotel. They allowed us to leave out car parked in their garage while we explored the city for the morning! This gave them extra bonus points, it was so nice to not have to deal with finding more parking elsewhere. The hotel was walking distance to cute breakfast cafes and pikes place market! We walked down to the market from the hotel, and have such a lovely morning. I would definitely recommend a stay at Warwick! It is worth the price, and the price is extremely reasonable. With the views offered, you can't beat the price!…
