We only planned to stay one night but extended our stay an extra night and wish we could have stayed even longer. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we had a great room and a very good location. We will stay there again.

Quirky hotel, lots of taxidermy in the lobby. We had a small room with sink and the bathroom/shower was across the hall, shared with other guests. Quiet. Good location as we could walk to the sea life center, restaurants. Laundromat a few streets away. The room had smell of cleaning products that was pretty strong so we had to leave... More

Two couples stayed 2 nights while on a driving tour of Kenai Peninsula. Hotel located in 'old part of town,' i.e., not the small boat harbor area, but a mile or so south in the town. Great front desk staff - helpful, caring, attentive: my wife mentioned that our sink drained slowly - it was fixed the next day; our... More

Lovely traditional hotel in the centre, good rooms, outside noise over the weekend, very friendly staff, good breakfasts. The downstairs areas are stylish with tasteful but quirky decoration. Glad we stayed 3 nights, a welcome break and there's enough to do in this area. The walk to Tonsina is a must.

We stayed here for two nights. Seward is an absolutely beautiful town and this hotel was the perfect place for us to stay! It has a historic feel to it, which adds to the charm of the town. We got the room with a private bathroom, which I would recommend. It didn't have air conditioning but they did have a... More

This cabin sits on the side of a cliff overlooking the beautiful snow covered mountains and town of Seward. It's a two story log cabin nestled in the trees and includes a hot tub that hangs off the side of the hill. What a wonderful experience. Very private and you can travel by car to the main hotel which is... More

The hotel is cozy and very clean. I had a great view overlooking the bay. The staff and common areas are what make the hotel shine. Everyone really made us feel at home and welcome. I hope to visit again.

Fantastic place. Very quiet and comfy. Fantastic people also. Loved my stay. I'd go nowhere else in seward. Amazing restaurant with high end food. Not many choices but what's there will always be the very best. Staff were always kind and put up with my questions and helped me with a dead battery also. The very best. Don't hesitate to... More

Beds and pillows are super cozy. The rooms with a view are worth it. Excellent staff, great stay, worth the price! Prefect location for bars, restaurants, tours. Quiet at night, near the nightlife but cannot hear a sound. Check out the historic photos and information on the lobby and in the halls.

Stayed in a cute little historic room with bath on second floor. Updated and very comfortable. No elevator and stairs are steep so plan accordingly. Best price in town, very helpful and friendly staff. Good location in town, across fro SeaLife Center and walking path around town.
