I found the most comfortable bed ever in the Humpback Shack! My daughter loved the cabin with its bright interior and beachy feel. There are two double beds (one in the loft) that offer a perfect nights sleep. The breakfast options were great and I enjoyed the outdoor shower!

Stayed here on my "mini-moon" in one of the private shacks. I decided to pay extra for the wine and flower petal add-on, but when I arrived at the room they had neglected to decorate the room or leave the bottle of wine. They promptly gave me a refund when I brought it up though. Later that night the roof...

I understand your frustration completely! I have contacted my reservation system to inquire about alerting me when people purchase add-on packages to the room. They can sometimes be overlooked due to the way the system is set up so the oversight won't happen in the future. As far as the leak, unfortunately sometimes things like this can happen to houses....

Tne Nauti Otter is a eclectic collection of a bed and breakfast, hostel, cabins, trailers, and a boat. It is this odd mix that helps give the Otter its charm along with its well worn, clean, functional amenities. I stayed in the Captain's chamber, the largest room in the lodge, right off the kitchen and across from the bathroom. The...

I stayed in "Siren's Sanctuary" private room in the main house. The room was perfect for some rest from my activity- packed vacation. Heather nicely upgraded me since the hostel beds upstairs went to a large group. Her attention to detail was remarkable from the shampoo dispenser in the shared bathroom (with the Nauti Otter logo) to all the oatmeal...

Though I only stayed here for one night, this is the place I will recommend others who like quiet and cozy to choose it for overnight. (I surely will choose it again if I have the chance to come back to Seward!) The hostess, Heather, is very hospitality, easy going and willing to help. After a long day drive from...

This place was awesome. It is very rustic and basic but my family and I were fine with that. If you are looking for a 5 star plush hotel this is not the place for you. Heather was great. We came in late after a long day on the Major Marine tour. She was waiting for us at almost 10P.M....

Great Location. It's pretty close (less than 10 miles) to the harbor so if you have cruise plan, it will be a good fit. You can cook for yourself. The restaurants are also near the harbor. The room is a little bit small but is enough for me.

Heather is such a great host. The cabins were so awesome, and the themes were amazing. Such a great place. Heather knows all the best places to go, for everything from hicking, to eating, to drinking. She set up a cruse, dog sledding, kayaking, rafting, glacier hike, and the best aquarium trip. We had such a great time. She even...

The hotel was clean. The atmosphere was very comfort. We could cook our meals there and it was very convenient. There were many choices of breakfast. The hotel only has one bathroom inside the house. Sometimes people must wait in a queue for it.
