Universally friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is OK, but all the people working in the hotel really made our stay. Treat this with a spirit of adventure. We had the good fortune to be there during local elections, which also added to the fun.

We were taken to this restaurant as part of our wine country shore excursion out of Dubrovnik as an included meal, and it was inedible. Although we were promised a seafood risotto, all we were served was a clamshell of rice with a couple of mussels in it PLUS a clamshell of pasta with no visible seafood in it at...

Our family of 4 has just finished our meal in this, once a charming place with great sea food. Now , I'm sorry to say ,this is just a shabby place with good service. We have taken black risotto which was nothing special and black pasta ( which turned out to be green pasta from the store, not home made,...

The Villa Koruna is situated on the seashore in peaceful Mali Ston on the Pelješac Peninsula. location is excellent and a short walk to Ston (15 min) . Vila is very charming small cosy hotel overlooking the sea and oyster plantations. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a big parking in front of the hotel, free wifi, The...

This hotel is little bit like stepping back in time. You can feel the authenticity and genuineness that many of the more modern hotels lack. We stayed here just as the season was beginning. Our introduction was the proprietor ( whose English is not great) welcoming us with an aperitif as we arrived in the reception. The most striking thing...

If you love oysters and seafood, this is the place. Located in the harbour of Mali Ston you will find this small hotell and restaurant. You can park your car right outside the place. The hotell is nice and clean, with a nice atmosphere. The rooms are quite small, but nice. You can take a swim in the harbour just...

We had a nice at Vila Koruna on our way from Korcula to Dubrovnik. It is actually situated at Mali Ston, a tiny village next to Ston. We had a room for four persons. Window was small, but otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. Very effective a/c, too. May be depending on season, but our dinner was superb. Mussels,...

Our tiny room was very dusty, 3 of the 6 lights did not work, the mini fridge had 3 bottles inside and was quite cruddy, the room was small, the shower decrepit --- and in all of the hotels we stayed in while traveling Croatia for 10 days, this one was by far the most expensive - double what we...

We stayed in this hotel as a stopping point on a long drive and were happy to find friendly service, good food and a beautiful scenery all under one roof in a quiet town. The hotel itself has lots of artwork and a warm feeling, but I agree that the interiors need refurbishing and the rooms need a deep cleaning-...

We book the hotel thru booking.com at 92 euros/day with breakfast. All rooms are in the 2nd floor and no elevator, so one has to bring up his/her own luggages without any help from the hotel personnels. The wardrobe was dusty. The food was horrible and we had stomach problem after dinner. Unfortunately, we stayed there for 3 nights without...

“Look for another location; this place focuses on their restaurant that brings in tour buses full of people; that's their profit center.”
