Candace made sure our stay was perfect starting weeks before we even arrived. We were furnished with local tips on where to go, where to buy what, best places for everything, directions to anything and everything we might need plenty ahead of time so that our vacation was absolutely trouble free. My husband and our grown daughters and I spent...

Mahalo for taking the time to write your beautiful review! I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the ocean couldn't get any closer....unless you are on a boat. It is so wonderful just to sit on the lanai or in the living room and watch the waves roll in. ( those floor to ceiling windows...

Had a great seven days at the Banyan Tree Condos unit 306. Really, what could be better than Kona Coffee on the lanai in the morning watching surfers do their thing??? Maybe cocktails in the evening watching surfers do their thing, and watching the sun set! The Banyan Tree Condos is a perfect location to go north or south on...

My husband and I spent a week in Kona and stayed in unit 302 at Kona Banyan Tree. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations, ranging from its location to its comfort and functionality to its ocean view, which we couldn't get enough of. If you were any closer to the water, you would be standing in it!...

The carpet was spotted and dirty. the master bed room bed had only box springs and a small piece of corrugated foam. There were urine spots all over the bed. Very disgusting. We were there to celebrate our 44 th wedding anniversary, which was ruined .We were so upset and disapointed.I have several photos of the bed.which I can submit

I am deeply sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant stay while celebrating your 44 years of marriage. Banyan Tree is a smaller complex of only 20 individually owned condos. Some owners manage their condos themselves while others hire management companies. Please be assured that your experience is highly uncharacteristic for accommodations at Banyan Tree. When this issue was...

My parents, myself and twelve year old daughter recently stayed in Condo 302 in the Banyan Tree condos. The first thing you notice is the view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling window. We all spent hours on the Lanai, drinking coffee and watching the waves, surfers, sea turtles and dolphins. Although the condo was equipped with a...

Aloha Lisa, Thank you for choosing Banyan Tree 302 for your Big Island trip. I am so glad you enjoyed the 32 feet of floor to ceiling, in condo washer and dryer and our well stocked kitchen with many items that vacationers usually have to purchase. Banyan Tree 301 is about the ocean and the views, period! My wife, her parents, our two sons and I planned our trip to the Big Island of Hawaii and wanted to visit both the north (Waikoloa Beach Resort area) and the south (Kona area). We found this really helpful owner, Candace of Hula Girl Vacation Rentals. Hula Girl is...

Mahalo for taking time out of your day to write your review. We stayed in Room #203 in March and couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations and location. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliders in the living room and master bedroom invite the sounds of the Ocean right into your vacation.
