Our room was a partial ocean view suite, it was located across Ali'i drive from the main hotel. Traffic noise was terrible. The room was outdated and in bad need of some renovations. The bed was sagged into the middle so bad that even though it was a king size bed we always ended up in the middle. A lot...

Just wanted to advise that Kona Bali Kai has been totally renovated and is just wonderful. New Kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops, new bathrooms with beautiful walk in showers, new tile and tiled lanai, full size washer and dryer. This is one of the best units at the Bali Kai and we enjoy coming every year. The...

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kona Bali Kai. Our condo was lovely and the service we received was great. The individuals at the front desk were helpful, the women who touched up our condo, mid stay, were warm and friendly, and the view was spectacular. We will definitely return to the Kona Bali Kai and will recommend it...

First of all Hotel does not compare to photos they have posted. I was booked in a Mountain view suite and I had no Mountain view or Ocean view, My room was facing the main street across the street from main lobby of hotel. The traffic there was so loud it made it hard to sleep. The air conditioner was...

They rooms were not as advertised, the services was very rude, no air conditioning for the ocean front condo, utilities very old, the room was dirty and which we cleaned on our own because the cleaning service were a bunch of slackers, if you stay here you will regret it 100 percent. I am trying to help anyone that wants...

Couldn't ask for a better location or view- right on the the water- so close you can throw a rock into the tidepool. Condo is a bit shabby, but hey, it's a family place at the beach...who cares? But the management was right out of a bad service video, you know, the "before the good manager comes in" part. Front...

A typical studio condo. Good points like across the street from the beach and kitchen with utencils. Floor was a bit sandy, perhaps investing in door mats at the entrences may help. Bed was very clean, big and comfortable. Worst point was that our room and balcony faced the street with traffic noise day and most of night. AC works...

My ocean front condo had a fantastic view, but the condo itself was awful. The refrigerator and the washer/dryer worked about as well as the ceiling fans. All of them were not effective for their purpose. Since the ocean front condos do not have air conditioning, the temperature was fine early in the morning, but otherwise, the condo was like...

My Husband and I together with our Daughter went to Hawaii for the first time back in 1986 and fell in love with the Islands. We have been many times back and by now the Big Island, Kona and Kauaii are our most favorite Islands. The Kona BaliKai is the only place we have been staying, it is clean, by...

Very much enjoyed our 3 night ocean front condo stay. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom clean, bed comfy (no bites to report), living area roomy and a nice tv. Ocean front unit was a stone throw from the water and I adored sitting on the larger than usual lanai taking in the fantastic view. Ocean front was well worth...
