We only need a place for one night and wanted something reasonably priced. That is what we got. The beds were good and the room was as quiet as could be expected given it overlooked the main drag. I slept fine; my husband kept waking up to the motorcycles going by. We used the air conditioner to cool off the...

Our two comfortable, clean, balconied 5th floor rooms gave us a wonderful view of the city and harbor. We enjoyed the easy walking to historic sites, the waterfront, watersports, and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff in this Hawaiian family owned hotel.

We stayed here in November 2015. We arrived early but the friendly staff did grant us an early check-in and we were offered a room on level 3 (lifts available). This was the last hotel we stayed at on our trip in the US and honestly we didn't expect much from it. However when we saw the room it blew...

In the heart of kailua-Kona, easy walking to food, beach, bars, coffee etc.... Local staff are awesome and full of Aloha. This place has good mana. Clean, comfortable, no frills, perfect for travelers that prefer to spend less on a hotel because you want to go out and explore and not sit around a resort. with that said, the pool...

I stayed one night at this hotel. I arrived 2 hours before check-in and they allowed me to have my room. They were very accommodating. They gave me a breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door (which I loved). My room was clean. The carpet was green and gave me a 60s vibe. I can't really give it a five...

My Dad and I stayed here twice in 2014 and once in 2015 on our annual winter trip. We were very happy both stays. The rooms are modest, but comfortable and clean. The decor is a bit dated but we have found we prefer older style to modern. Breakfast at the neighbouring restaurant is included and very satisfying. Walking distance...

This is a good hotel for proximity to the airport. We chose it for our first night after a long day of travel. The rooms are clean, bed comfy, the pool area is nice too. We also stayed here on our last day in Hawaii before a night flight out. That time we had a great room on the top...

I am not picky nor do I stay in 5 star hotels regularly but I think this hotel is crazy too expensive for what they offer. Additional fees for parking. Dated rooms. And to top it all off - I had to kill not one but tow cockroaches in my room. They told me I could check in after 3...

The room was priced expensively for the size of the beds and amenities. No coffee in lobby or breakfast provided. Parking is $5 and if the lot fills up, they make you park in public parking which is a Tow Away Zone from 2 am to 5 am.

Aloha mk08816, We apologize for your recent stay experience. It was an oversight that we did not restock your room with the complimentary coffee for the in-room coffeemaker.
