Generally Elfie is a decent chalet in a good location, with the Ski Total staff providing good evening meals and service The chalet is mid size (about 20 people) and 5 mins walk up the hill from the Galzig/Gampen lifts at the center of St Anton. There are great facilities to store skis and boots at Jennewein Sports a few...

We had an excellent time at this chalet, and the chalet staff were really fantastic. I particularly appreciated that as soon as we sat down for dinner, our food would come out straightaway. The chalet staff were excellent. We stayed as a group of 13 in this chalet. There was another group who were very very loud during our stay,...

It's great to hear that you enjoyed your stay in the Chalet Elfie, Hannah H, where our staff looked after you well throughout the week. The rooms are typically Austrian, including being perhaps a little more spacious than those often found in French chalets, and the sauna is indeed a welcome addition to the chalet. We hope that we'll be...

Well the chalet is up a Hill but we knew that but the bus service is good in Austria. The rooms are spacious, but they do feel very old. They were clean but looked tired. The chalet Staff were great and did the best they could however the following has to be said in my opinion. Food was good and...

Thank you for your review of the Chalet Elfie. It's great to hear that the friendly camaraderie of your fellow chalet guests really made your holiday, though were sorry to note that some aspects of the chalet let it down. We've taken your comments on board and thank you for your feedback.

Chalet was clean, cosy and well maintained. However, surprised there was no facility for storing skis & boots. Unfortunately Austrian twin bedded room created a hiccup on arrival given they do not equate with standard UK twin beds. Chalet hosts did there very best to resolve the issue. Chalet hosts Charlotte, Posy & Connie were exceptionally good and were very...

Myself and a friend had a brilliant week here! Chalet: The chalet it's self is spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. I actually slept on the sofa bed and didn't have a bad night's sleep; I did use an extra duvet as a bottom sheet. Location: It is a fairly steep hill, but if you're fit enough to ski/board, it's not...

A solid chalet with good size bedrooms. Uphill from the lifts, but that is good for easing off the legs, and a bus does go past if you really don't like walking. Ski gear is left at the brilliant Jennewein hire shop by the lifts and you get nice warm boots in the morning handed to you by the best...

Just come back from a week in the Chalet Elfie. A great place to stay. The evening meals were delicious - an excellent chef and much better standard of food than some other chalets I have stayed in. The USP is the room sizes - the chalet used to be all apartments and for 2 of us we had one...

The chalet is pretty much located at the top of quite a steep hill, so a long haul back after skiing is required, unless you take the free bus. Skis and boots can be left in the hire shop for free though, so you won't have to lug them up the hill with you. The food was superb and not...

Had a fantastic week at Chalet Elfie. The staff were excellent throughout and made the whole experience very enjoyable. “We spent ages trying to work out which room had the afternoon sun on the balcony - using maps and the photos on the website. We decided room 24 was facing the right direction. We were wrong! So if you want sun on your balcony in the afternoon, choose a different room. The living room balcony faces south so you could pick one facing the same way as that. The entrance and dining room are on the highest level, the living room is the next level down. The further down the building you go the quieter it gets but the more stairs you have to climb to get to the living room, dining room or street.”
