It might be a little out of town, but that was a bonus to me as it was quiet. Excellent home cooked austrian food with choice. Breakfast was a buffet and you could have as much as you liked - bread, cheese, cold meat, cereal, yoghurt etc.Dinner was 3 or 4 courses which you had to make your choice in...

This is a wonderful hotel - family run. The service could not have been warmer or bettered in any way. The chef(s) understand food allergies (as a family member has one), which is not necessarily true elsewhere in the region) and could not have been more caring. The food was excellent. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel...

We have just came back from this great hotel where we visited for food only but will definately return as a hotel guest in the future! We were just passing and looking for somewhere to eat when by chance we came across this restaurant, although the restaurant didnt look so inviting from the outside the lovely Daniela and family certainly...

We´ve been here the last two Christmas and we can only say that it´s the best place for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Daniela and her family make us feel like in our home. Perfect for skiing and for families. We´ll hope to be also the next Christmas!

Really simple this..... don't waste your hard earned money staying at other hotels in St. Anton. Just stay here. You'll get peace and quiet at a place run by really accommodating and friendly hosts. Shuttle bus at a moments notice to the lifts which are just 2 mins away (just hand your room key in and off you go!). The...

This is an absolutely outstanding hotel. We came for a 12 day ski trip over Easter and had an absolutely wonderful time. Daniela, the owner, is not only lovely but also very attentive and helpful. Nathalie cooks amazing food night after night and you go to bed very full every night! I can honestly say that this is the most...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gasthof Freisleben. I travelled with my 8 year old daughter and for a weeks Ski trip over the busy uk half term week. It's very much a family run hotel, which is what makes it such a good place to stay, we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, until the unfortunate time we...

The guesthouse Freisleben is a family run business, and they make you feel like family, from the moment when they pick you up from the train station to the moment when they drive you back. Although it is about 2 bus stops away from the lifts, there is no inconvenience: in the morning you get driven by their hotel mini...

We stayed here with a group of 7 friends for 4 nights for a shortski with a travel agent Born2ski (it wasn't possible to book 4 nights directly)/ PRO: If you don't want to pay the exuberant hotel prices in the centre of St Anton, but still be close to the center, I can recommend this gasthof. Breakfast is very...
