I have just spent a week in this fabulous hotel and cannot fault it ..... impressive rooms, very friendly staff, fabulous sauna/steam/spa facilities, amazing food, cosy bar with real fire, adaptable and friendly childcare. It was the first ski experience for my 3 year & 10 month grand-daughters - they loved it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

It is impossible to overstate how great we thought this place was. As a family we have stayed in many hotels, including some large chains, and we can honestly say that this hotel has everything. On arrival at 9:30pm we had an immediate welcome from Robert who showed us straight to the dining room (our bags were watched over in...

Myself, partner and 7yr old son enjoyed a weeks holiday at this hotel. Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive, facilities were the some of the very best I have known in a hotel. Basically the hotel was so eager to be please it's guests and nothing was too much trouble. This coupled...

Stayed here with my wife and two boys aged 3 and 5. Having seen the reviews and star ratings on Tripadvisor I can't believe we're in the same place. Fabulous hotel - extraordinarily clean, very friendly, very professional. Staff seem happy in their roles, always polite, helpful and attentive. Good size family room. Sophisticated restaurant with outstanding food and service,...

Very disappointed in this hotel! The food was average with a huge stramash when we asked to sit with family friends that we were on holiday with for dinner on first evening! Friends with children were also made to wait until 7 pm to get into rooms on arrival! The wine was very expensive (48-85€) and of poor quality! A...

We had fantastic room with bathroom with Jacuzzi and beautiful view. Despite not skiing due to my health condition, we were always entertained and wonderfully taken care by the staff of...

We arrived at 3pm in the afternoon. At the reception, a very unfriendly lady told us that our room wouldn't be ready before 5pm. At 5pm she gaves us our key not knowing if the room was ready or not. When we arrived in the room, it still wasn't ready so we left our luggage there and went to the...

We stayed at this Hotel over the Easter period in 2016. The hotel caters for families , and couples wishing for a quiet romantic hotel should avoid peak school holiday periods. The hotel is well situated with a 5 minute walk to the Gondola but the ability to ski back to within 200 metres of the hotel at the end...
