I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews about the food! All I can say is don't be! The food was really v nice and for many of you that have been skiing / snowboarding previously in Austria you will understand what I mean when I say the food on many occasions was just warm. Well not here it...

Staff joined in all fun and supported us having fun too, even if we were a little loud ad times. Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are very nice and fuctional. Just about to check out of this excellent hotel, after a week of very good hospitality. Our group booked through neilsons and weren't expecting the quality of food we got, wonderful salad bar, good choice of main course and great breakfast buffet. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The cellar bar is very welcoming with Gunther's humour and good...

Just returned from a stay at the lovely Lebzelter, we are a family of 6 adults and this year joined by our 10 month old granddaughter. I find it incredible that this family have built and ran this hotel since 1485. They are friendly and efficient and it is well placed close to the ski lift. There is a sauna but be warned it's like all others naked please!! Both bars are cute and cosy and not too expensive. It is also well situated in the...

We have stayed in zell a number of times and you struggle to find a bad hotel in the area. Once again hotel was great and priced well in comparison to others in the area. Only reason for 4 stars was the disappearance of hot items at breakfast (bacon, sausage) However overall staff and hotel faultless

The hotel is very traditional in style and decor which we really liked. We booked two rooms one for ourselves and one for our kids which were next to each other. The rooms were very spacious and really clean. They had a safe and wardrobes but no tea/coffee making facilities. The bathrooms were tiny, too small really and we struggled...

Really enjoyed my week here, the hotel was very decorative and welcoming when we arrived. The staff were very friendly all week to us. Only thing I didn't like Too much was the selection for breakfast is small but is manageable. This skiing all week was perfect although I would prefer a resort with more piste as you can soon...

Unfortunately after reading so many positive reviews I was disappointed by the reality of this hotel. It's location is great and the staff at the reception were lovely but the food and waiting staff really spoiled the rest of the experience. Our group booked half board for the week and I have to say the dinner was really very bad...

Beautiful, old and very well run hotel very close to everything in the centre of Zell Am See. Helpful staff, good food. Ideal base for skiing. Our room rate included breakfast and five course evening meals. Our room had a balcony giving views of the old church tower and with mountains in the distance - very pretty.
