Great hotel in Zell. You will struggle to find somewhere else with such a good location for the lake and the mountain climbs. Food is fantastic (all inclusive is a must!) and the bar relaxing. Staff are great and rooms spacious

We had a wonderful stay in hotel Der Waldhof, friendly staff, clean rooms, good food - loved the desserts, great location next to the slopes. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We will certainly be back next year.

We stayed at the hotel in week 7 during our ski holiday The hotel stands nive with good facilities. The following could be better in winter: 1 pool The pool had broken tiles - our daughter slipped and got cut her knee 2 Dining The hotel has expanded so it is quite large - dining room is crowded and eating...

Booked a weeks skiing through Crystal and chose the Waldhof in Zell. It's a little out of town, but not a bad uphill walk. A short cut behind the hotel gets you on the slopes very quickly. From the initial check in, all was good. The manager shook our hands to greet us and took time to explain everything available,...

Overall, our family had a great time at "Der Waldhof". Staff was very friendly; especially Attila and Stefan. Food was great: Big variety of Austrian specialties and other great tasting food. Dessert was super! One thing I could criticize was the way they split the dinner times to choose from: 18:00 was too early (barely enough time to relax in...

Nice rooms, excellent food, conveniently located close to the slopes, with the added benefit of being able to ski straight back to the hotel. Staff very friendly, reflecting the family-owned ethos of the hotel.

There are a couple of ghings which haven't bothered other reviewers as much as they have us, so here is what has caused me to give only two stars: - dinner arrangements: everyone had to choose whether they wanted to eat at 18 or at 19:45. Aside from the fact that neither times are entirely convenient, the 19:45 shift did...

Hotel der waldhof has been a very pleasurable experience. The rooms are standard and the beds are very comfy. The balcony is a nice size with a lovely view of the mountains and the ski in slope in front of the hotel. The hotel staff are very very friendly alongside Leo and Jana the hotel dogs which are very friendly...

We stayed in Pension Pepi, a part of the hotel. Breakfast was part of our package, and it was great. Loads of choice for breakfast. We ate all our evening meals at the hotel, which we prearranged, as it was our first trip to Zell am See and we weren't sure about eating out etc. Food was delicious and staff...

Stayed here as we were booked into the hotel by the team member who had stayed here previously. Did not disappoint, family run place with an emphasis on service and hospitality. Mtn side room with a view of the lake and the friendly little goats and donkey in the morning. All inclusive feature was very nice as well. Would highly...
