Majoitukseen sisältyi Zell am see - Kaprun -kortti, jolla mm. gondolinousut, bussikuljetus ja uimala olivat ilmaisia! Suosittelemme majoitusta. Location good, nearby the centrum. A short walk to the railwaystation and to the bus. Lots of eating opportunities nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The room was big and separated into two. Two bedrooms and a small livingroom. Also a refridgerator. A little table would have been nice. The shower and the toilet were clean, but under the bed was a lot of dust so a little minus in the cleaning. The Zell am see - Kaprun summer card was included and with it f. ex. the cabin lifts, bus and the swimming area at the lake were free! We can recommend.…
Very warm & friendly welcome from owners Dirk & Petra & a new born bay of 12 days old. Lovely accommodation, great breakfast, fantastic location, but I as a non skiier would have liked more facilities in property.
Clean and comfortable accommodation with a generous continental breakfast. The coffee is excellent and you can eat as much as you want. Rooms are fairly basic but many have a separate sofa area and hairdryers are provided. Excellent location and very helpful hosts. Have stayed before and will return.
Me and two friends stayed here a few nights. Really nice place! The rooms are clean, but a bit old. The breakfast is very nice, not that much to chose from but enough and very nice. The owner were very friendly and spoke fluent english, he had a lot of good advices. The location is perfect, calm but still close to everything. We also got these summer cards for free which you could use to go by the lifts up on the mountains. I would love to come back to the same place!
I booked through booking , i was charged immediately 30% advance payment. Policy was unclear. When i complained and asked to cancel our rooms. I was treated in a very very rude way .They dont know the meaning of a customer unfortunatelly . I have never seen this treatment though i use booking for ages. Note that i have never been there . Thats just my experience in my booking. They dont want to cancel my booking ( which is for june 2018 ???!!!) except after paying extra charges , though i requested cancelling on the same day .
We spent a couple of nights in Pension Andrea in September. This is a three star Pension. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Basic accommodation with view of the mountains and small balcony. Small bathroom and comfortable bed but basic facilities. They provide breakfast with cereals, cold meats and breads, toast, juices and yoghurt. Close to town. Tea and coffee available during the day if required.
We stayed here for 2 nights with another couple before a wedding at the Schloss Prielau. Before arrival we didn't know what a pension hotel was or what to expect from one but soon found out that it means the hotel owners live here too. This was perfect for our party as we had 2 rooms and were traveling separately and one half of the group was delayed heavily meaning we had to call ahead to see whether they could check-in late. We spoke to Dirk (I think) who was more than accommodating and told us not to worry, he would simply let our friends in whenever they arrived. On arrival Dirk was very welcoming and accommodating to us, telling us about the area and showing us our room to make sure we were happy. He told us he was more than happy to wait up for our friends but instead we opted to take the key for him & let them in ourselves. Our room was large and comfortable with a great balcony and view of the mountains and had plenty of full-size storage which was perfect for hanging our dresses and suits. If we had to pick up on anything it would be that the room was slightly dated but overall that didn't bother us. Breakfast was included and had everything you could want to start the day, refreshed constantly to make sure nothing was missing. The breakfast area is small but we never struggled to find a seat and never wanted for anything that had run out. A highlight of this hotel is the Zell am See Kaprun summer card that comes included. This offers selected free attractions and discounts on others. Due to our short stay we only used it once but instantly saw how much it could save you, (Our friends without the card had to spend €45 to go on the same cable car trip as us). Finally the hotel has its own limited parking for free but if that runs out there is also use of local parking within selected bays. Overall we could barely find fault with the hotel and service. Perfect location, welcoming staff, more than comfortable rooms and the big plus point of the Kaprun card. We would 100% recommend.…
This is a lovely homely no nonsense pension. It is a bit dated but it is being improved gradually. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower was a bit old and tricky but there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was self service, basic cereal, boiled eggs, cheeses, breads and rolls but all fresh and plentiful. The lady we met, Petra, is lovely, friendly and very helpful. It's location is just a short walk from both the ski lift and the centre of Zell am See. I really liked the casual efficient feel of this Pension. For low cost catered skiing or summer accommodation, it is ideal.
We stayed 5 nights here while on a skiing holiday, Petra was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed, we loved her relaxed yet professional approach. Would definitely stay again when in Zell am See
First visit at this Pension. Cannot fault this Pension one bit. Petra is lovely, very friendly and helpful, she also works in Bar Jack. The Pension is very clean, we stayed in room 10 with excellent views over the mounntains. The breakfast were typical continental but tip top. Hot drinks were available in the dining room all the time and if you were lucky a pastry at the end of the day. Location is perfect, close to the ski slopes, the lake, bus station, train station, couldn't ask for more. Well done Pension Andrea. We will be back. Thank you
