We were staying half board, but with apartment type room (2 bed rooms, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony). The hotel is set up to be relaxed and easy. Ski hire in the basement (good equipment), lift passes from reception, ski school rep came to us. We were the only English family, but plenty of Austrian, German and Dutch families. Buffet... More

Very good location with good food. Direct at the slopes so car can stay closed for the vacation. Stayed here 2 times in summer and now 3rd time in winter. Will come back next winter. Service is very friendly & quick. Relation of price & service is really good.

Good family hotel for a reasonable price. We liked the place. Recommendable for those who travels with a car, since hotel is on the mountain, over the town, unless you can go down by black slope, which is just nearby. The hotel has a small bus, however you can use it free only to go to and from skiing, in... More

We stayed for three days with our son and our dog. The service was very good and very friendly. The 3/4 pension is an excellent deal for families and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. The hotel is situate above Zell am See and the views are stunning

The hotel is in an impressive location on the side of the mountain as stated in the brochure ski in/out for intermediate/ advanced skiiers. The hotel has a small 4x4 to get less brave/able/kids down to main lifts in the morning and back at 4ish daily. It has amazing views. 25 min walk into town, a bit tricky on old... More

My wife and I stayed here (HB) for the week 21st -28th February 2009, a skiing holiday booked via Crystal. The hotel is located at the end of a tree lined, winding mountain road, a 5-10 minute drive from Zell am See according to the weather conditions. Snow had been falling for a week prior to arrival, and it kept... More

We stayed at the Jaga Alm for 1 weeks skiing in Jan 08. The hotel is situated on a black run (15) but don't let this put you off if you are (like me) only just venturing onto black runs as it is more like a red. The slope gets very slushy in the afternoons if the sun has been... More
