Booked half board, mainly buffet food in the evening and nothing to get excited about. Noisy children's area which remains open until very late at night. Great rooms with excellent views. Staff ok but won't go out of their way. On check out were nearly charged €600 too much! Make sure you check your bill!

Food was OK but not what you expect for a 4 star hotel, no a la carte only buffet, woman behind reception who is pregnant not friendly the dutch reception woman is friendly and were explaining everything. Rooms are nice We visited this hotel also when it was the old elmau hotel that was nice! Small hotel good staff also...

It was a pretty nice stay with comfortable beds and incredibly fresh air. I've been in Haidweg in late September - so the hotel wasn't crowded. Surely it is more suitable for those seeking winter activities, but I appreciated it in autumn as well.

We had our first experience with Alpin Jewel in 2015. This experience has led to our second visit. At this point (july 2016) we are still enjoying this outstanding hotel in a Junior Suite. We stayed at the Alpin Juwel earlier in March and had the most fantastic week. The hotel is stylish, friendly and perfectly located within the pretty village of Hinterglem very close to the ski lifts. The food and service was superb. The hotel in every way is completely luxurious, topped off by the excellent hotel Spa to relax in. We...

I'll start by stating that this is a great hotel. First impressions are not great however, as you need to enter via a lift. This is not ideally when dragging 3 cases and a boardbag with you, and also means that there was almost always a wait to get up / down, but the reception area is very tastefully decorated...

Rooms are new and nice. The dinner seemed cheap at times, e.g. sometimes just all chicken, turkey, pork and other low-cost meats, lots of pasta and dumplings, very few high quality proteins such as good fish or steak. They like to call it "local cuisine", but it's really just a rip-off in disguise. The indoors sauna is very small and...

Amazing hotel! Even with kids, luxury everywhere. We loved it, a full week of pampering. Really can recommend it, for winter but also for summer. So much to do in and around the hotel. Staff really from kitchen to cleaning lady's all friendly and helpful. Breakfast, snacks and diner more then good, so much choice!

The hotel is the best place in the area to relax and enjoy the big skiing resort. Hagen's team in the restaurant and at the bar made us feel like beiing at home. The spa area is perfect when the condition for skiing are not good. The apres ski with the house DJ on Thursday with the fire at the...
