Due to our transfer being delayed, we arrived not only several hours after we thought we would but also after dinner was over. We stood in the queue to check in only for the staff to announce that we should put our suitcases to the side and come through for dinner. We expected a small, cold selection but recieved all the courses and drinks, staff worked well beyond the times they usually would but were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was in the building across the road, less than 20m. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Good size TV, mini bar well stocked with free drinks. Bathroom had bath and shower in one room with separate toilet. Plenty of cupboard space too. All meals were excellent: timings, food on offer, drinks and staff. Similarly in the bar, which we used most days - cocktails of the day were always good when returning from the slopes. The spa and pools were equally high standard, lots of options. Indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi (clothed), plus a nude Jacuzzi and sauna area. This was very welcome after each days skiing to relax. Would return right now, already looking to book our next ski holiday next year.

I loved my time in the Alpine Spa and Resort. Saalbach feels like a purpose-built cobble-street mountain village, where every aspect is designed around the skier. The hotel and town feel pristine and new, with excellent service standards, and high quality products. The lifts were new, with heated seats. The hotel was really wonderful, with a great pool, excellent food, and an all-inclusive full board arrangement, including free drinks. We went with Crystal but didn’t really have any interaction with them apart from the app. We booked a ski lesson through the Snow Academy next to the hotel, which went well. Staff in both the hotel, Snow Academy rental, and local shops all exceptionally cheerful and helpful. Only downside is that the town is tiny and there isn’t much incentive to leave the hotel other than for skiing. Came away feeling truly pampered.

Wonderful hotel and would highly recommend. Hats off to the bar staff who was friendly, efficient and always greeted us with a smile each day. Michael and the rest of the bar team worked so hard remembering what everyone drank and serving us quickly and efficiently. The food in the restaurant was amazing with great variety each day. Charlie was lovely and served us a great selection of wine. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Only down side of the hotel is it’s location, one lift was close by, the two others was a 5 minute walk uphill.

We came and met our wonderful friends A&A&M&W here. We would like to thank each and every member of staff we dealt with. We would like to start with the always smiling and friendly reception staff: Ms Deborah, Ms Suzana and Ms Marlies - Suzana kindly arranged a beautiful gesture for our special celebration. Mr Mirko our Hausmeister / caretaker was always attentive and helpful and professional. The Bar staff Ms Jana, Mr Michel and Mr Tim always smiling and happy to help with a delicious drink. In the restaurant Ms Brigit & Mr Dimitar always smiling and always endeavoured to help prepare for children their favourite meals - to much joy of us parents. Miss Nadya & Miss Eliza in the restaurant were always helpful despite the busy times and never too busy to help with a smile. Both Mr Davor & Mr Ivan leading the restaurant proved to be a sure source of help and took their time to allow families to make the most out of their restaurant visits and even helped with an improved seating for families. Our own waiter Mr Toncho - who has recently become a granddad to a wonderful little girl - was just unbelievably nice. Always friendly. Always helpful. Just sincerely a nice gentleman. To the lovely cleaning ladies who always kept our room immaculate THANK YOU. We thank YOU ALL and those whose names we don’t know please know that we appreciate your all hard work as guests who know it’s a team work that makes the above run smoothly ... We plan to come back AND to bring along more friends & family. God bless you all and best of luck with the improvements you are planning - we can’t wait to see it all 🙏

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant ski hotel! Second visit, this time with the family - 2 kids and 2 adults. We had a large junior suite overlooking the north pistes of Saalbach - lovely to wake up to mountains and sunshine everyday. The hotel is all inclusive and the food/drink is of a high standard - not the usual low quality I’ve had before in all inclusives. The staff cannot do enough for you and wait on the tables with skill and friendliness - both in the bar and at dinner. A highlight is Michael behind the bar, who is an outstanding bar man - he makes fantastic cocktails and mocktails! Breakfast is a huge buffet which will cater to all tastes. Lunch is vast and dinner is a table service five course meal, with 2-3 choices per course....plus and extensive salad bar. We were looked after by Tony each evening and he was brilliant. Our room was good quality and contemporary and cleaned each day by the brilliant Katie. Honestly the cleanest and most well kept hotel room I’ve ever been in. The spa is great - indoor pool that has a swimming tunnel to the outside pool. Swimming in that pool and with snow falling on your head is just amazing! There’s a good outdoor sauna and hot tub. For the more daring the indoor naked spa area is brilliantly equipped and to a very high standard. Only point to consider....the pistes are a short five minute walk. Not a problem with our 9 & 11 year olds. Good thing is that there is a ski school/hire shop directly opposite the hotel and they pick up there for lessons each morning. I cannot recommend this place enough - we’ve just rebooked for next year! ⛷ ❄️ 🇦🇹
