Visited with 40 people, waiter from minute one very angry and non-responsive. Delivered wrong food (which can happen), but waiter really got pissed about it. Very defensive and negative. Calculated the bill wrong more than once.

Had a great ski holiday based in this small friendly hotel. Good good, friendly atmosphere the edge of a busy mountain town. Easy walk to high street and swimming pool. Bit of a trudge carrying skis to lifts but all else great. Highly recommend.,

Hi. No I don't think they would get bored at all. There is a kids playground in the garden with swing, slide, zip line etc plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The garden is huge with loads of sun beds and swinging seats. Inside there is bowling, table tennis, pool. There is a cinema attached too but we didn't use it so I don't know if they show films in English or not. There was only one choice of kids meal a day. I had it one day because I didn't like the adult choice and it was actually a bigger portion! (Fish fingers).
Check out the Zillertal Arena at Zell am Ziller (a few stops down on the train that goes from right outside hotel) there is a 'coaster' ride (sit on a tray with brakes and whizz down the hillside... Your kids could sit on your laps). GREAT fun and if you go on the cable car to the top there is a massive kids playground. Great fun at top of Ahorn mountain too.
