Big Pine is in a great location. It was very quiet and clean.....very clean. Ron and Angie are genuine and focused on you having a great camping experience. They work hard and are doing it right. From the firewood delivery to being able to purchase your favorite beverage in the camp store, it was awesome. My wife and I had...

Clean, neat and well maintained campground. We stayed here durring motrocycle week and the area was busy with bikes everywhere. However the campground, though full, was always peaceful and quiet. Good spacing between campsites, Friendly owners and staff. Definitely stay here again...

We researched the area ahead of time and booked Big Pines due to great reviews and where located. Owners Ron and Angie made our trip! They were very welcoming and made every effort to provide a comfortable & effortless stay. Quick to look after our needs and offered awesome advice on area attractions, hiking trails. We stayed in Big Pine for 2 nights. The folks who run Big Pine are very nice and very helpful. I really felt like they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The camp is nestled among pines and has plenty of room between each camp site. You definitely don’t feel like you are on top of each...

Ron and Angie were fantastic hosts!! Great camp site!! Amenities nice and clean and well kept. We picked this site because of its location in relation to Rushmore, Needles hwy, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc. Everything was close enough for a good day trip to the various sites and roads. Camp site had access to water and electricity, fire pits, tables, small...

Took a chance on Big Pine CG based on the reviews from a number of sources. The reviews were accurate for the most part. The park is clean and quiet. The highway near by has little after dark traffic. The restrooms and laundry are very clean and up to date. The hosts escort you to your assigned site and make...

We stayed at Big Pine for 7 nights and loved our entire visit. Ron and Angie are both very nice people and really do care about your stay and keeping the place nice. I showered in our trailer the whole time, but my husband used the bath house every morning and it always had hot water and clean every day!...

We stayed here for 8 nights and loved the quiet and spacious site. We stayed across from 28 and 28a and we had a nice grassy area for our boys to throw a ball around. The showers were very clean and the owners, Ron and Angie, we're so fun to get to know and talk to. It's a beautiful spot...

For a commercial operation, Big Pine provides masses of space between the sites, especially in the tent area backing onto the National Forest (sites 81+) We booked for 2 nights and were sad to leave after 4. Deer and wild turkeys were seen each day wandering by, just across the fence. Each site had both a fire pit and a...
