I want to be sympathetic but need to be honest. On arrival we were offered to look at the room allocated which we did, it was fine, renovated, clean and acceptable so we checked in. After one night the plumbing was an issue (plunger required for toilet) and the toilet wasn't even stable (leaking from base) so we were moved...

We stayed for two nights while visiting the Custer area. The owners could not have been more accommodating, we were a short drive from everything we wanted to see, and the room, though small, was very comfortable. And you can't beat the price! Would definitely stay again if we ever drive cross-country again.

Hotel very clean. Our room was so comfortable! Frig, microwave and coffee maker was a bonus! The owner very nice and so helpful. Right in the center of all the activities we wanted to do! We will come back to this area and stay here!

I stayed in Custer for two nights and the motel it's just three minute drive from Custer. It's a family-run business and they are all very nice. The room is functional and provided with wifi and TV. I really enjoyed it

These folks are really trying to make this a good vacation stop. Our room was comfortable and clean and the person who checked us in helped us negotiate a packed parking lot. A good breakfast at a local establishment came with a 10%-off coupon from the motel. The rate was reasonable. I'd like to see what they do with the...

Stayed for just one night on road trip out west after touring the Black Hills. the room was very small, but clean, and comfortable. It is priced to fit my budget. Would return again if in the area. Free wifi, shower was good. quiet location.

The motel outside is unremarkable and easily missed - as we did. However the rooms are great, not overly large but very comfortable, we had twin queens and quiet. Great air con which could easily be adjusted. Lovely lady on check in who gave us great information on things to do and see as well as breakfast. Congratulations to whoever...

I gave this place a shot based on reviews. This has the worst bed ever. Like being eaten alive by A foam bowl! And what is with the citronella?? Air freshener. They are trying to fix this place up, but seriously if the bed is terrible why bother. Paid the same price a day before in Lusk Wy at the...

Hi thank you for your reply I have been looking at different web sites it is very daunting looks like a big place and so spaced out I may hire a car for local use only and then book trips through an agency . We are coming from England and not drove abroad before so not sure if I am brave enough will look at other hotels but did like the look of the Mystic . no one is taking bookings that far in advance yet . Thanks again Brena
