    Very beautiful lodge, in which we stayed at while on a Globus Tour. We asked for ADA room, and it was as requested, with everything you need. Convenient lobby and breakfast area. Decor was great, goes right along with the area.

    We stayed in the 2 bed cabins close to the creek. The cabins haven't been updated in 20 years. The carpet hadn't been swept, so I asked for it to be swept, since we were staying 2 nights. They didn't, but my note was gone....More

    Yes, this is the newer property just to the east. Doesn't connect to the original lodge.

    Custer is about 45 minutes from Rapid City. It is very easy to see Mount Rushmore, the needles, Crazyhorse in one day. Definitely do the wildlife loop! I know the cost is high but the jeep tour is fabulous!! In terms of the... More
