I have stayed at The Ace Hotel New Orleans twice now. Once for pleasure and once for business. I can happily say that both times with both very different needs have been more than pleasurable with the extreme convenience the very friendly staff provides you for your stay. The hotel is located in the perfect spot right outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist Mecca that is the French quarter. Not only are there many hotels and attractions surrounding the hotel but the Ace Hotel New Orleans itself owns and gives direct access to multiple restaurants, an amazing coffee spot within the hotel, and lounge spots to absolutely die for whether used for a personal moment or for a business consult like myself. Oh and the in house entertainment regularly scheduled within the venue of the hotel or around the poolside fire on the rooftop garden/bar scene is so nice, there is hardly any comparable to be found! Great place, will forever utilize as my go to spot for business and travel stays in New Orleans!…
Very Accommodating and stylish/modern atmosphere. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar, pool, room service, dine in restaurants and more. We will be back to the Ace very soon!
Great hotel. Had a wonderful stay and staff was very friendly. Amazing bar. Cute decor and perfect location. Will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to New Orleans Louisiana. Great restraints near by and trolly
We used to live in New Orleans and our stay @ACE last week felt like coming HOME. Even with the pandemic and MG being shut down this year, we had an amazing time! The hotel and staff represent everything Nola is–– fun, friendly, funky, diverse, and accomodating.... our 18MO became fast friends with everyone who worked there! The central location allows you to easily access the city in all directions, but we spent a lot of our trip in the coffee shop, lobby, and bar area just people-watching and enjoying the music + decor. Ace is a VIBE... and we freaking love it.
Hi! Our stay was fabulous! We ended up booking a 3rd nite! It was hard to leave but we had to get back on the road. We were once again greeted with friendly smiling faces! It is always such a great feeling to walk in to a place and feel welcomed! Tracey also is lovely! She made sure we had parking across the way for our rig ( truck pulling a trailer with a canoe on top). Matt at Alcove is also lovely...he was fun to talk to while we soaked up the sun one of the afternoons. Thank you for being a fun hotel! We love it! DawnMarie
