Great hotel staff. Price of the room was high for the weekend to coincide with a national trade show. We were in New Orleans for leisure, not a trade show. Did not appreciate paying the trade show room price.

Excellent location, very close to Bourbon Street however far enough away to cut out the noise. Drinks are fabulous at Bar Vin next door and you must go the 'The Carousel' and have a drink just around the corner on Royal. Rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly ( aside from the lady who books tours in the lobby...

This was our first time to New Orleans and tbis hotel was a random pick. Perfect location! Between Bourbon and Royal Sts., everthing was so close. First, right off the bat, THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. HELPFUL, NICE AND COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. Patty ( I think that is her name) was so awesome. I hope management knows what they...

We absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were very nice with a gorgeous bathroom. It has a quaint little bar in it that is never crowded. The patio area was a peaceful little escape from the NOLA craziness. It is steps from bourbon street, but not right on it. You would think it would be loud and obnoxious being that...

Played at a conference downtown. They put me up here. Was only in town for 18 hours but Mazarin was great! I'm used to motels so everything was pretty rad. Will probably be a while before I stay here again, simply because I can't afford it. 5 star experience

I truly have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and our stay! Our two queen bed room was ready for us immediately on arrival and our reservation was found quickly. It was clean and spacious, and looked out over the center courtyard. The courtyard was charming and pleasant. We received a drink coupon for the onsite bar,...

We found this hotel last minute and was so pleasantly surprised! The photos looked great online but didn't really do this hotel justice. We loved our room which was fresh and clean with a touch of New Orleans charm. The courtyard spaces and the intimate bar were lovely touches. The location was perfect in the French Quarter. And even with...

Beautiful hotel with interior courtyards and convenient location to attractions and street cars. Staff was very helpful with needs, directions, and booking tours. Breakfast had many choices. We would return.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
