Stayed for a conference and the hotel had wonderful and friendly staff, excellent foodn and was exceptionally clean. Just off Bourbon Street, it was in the heart of the Quarter with out the noise of the main drag. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it it others.

Easy walk to bars, restaurants and wonderful art and antique stores. Smooth check out. Helpful staff and...

Very nice. Only issues were our floor's ice machine was broken and they skipped housecleaning one day but came that night an did it after we complained. Our room overlooks the courtyard and it was noisy till after midnight - but hey it is New Orleans - bring earplugs if you go to bed early

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Rooms facing courtyard are a bit noisy (especially if there is a function going on in the courtyard). Shower had a slow drain so we stood in water while showering, informed the staff but the problem was never resolved. Celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and informed the staff prior to arrival, based on other...

Just returned from a 3 night visit to New Orleans. Stayed at the Mazarin. Arrived at noon, and they had a room ready for us. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was better than average. Enjoyed our stay.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
