This hotel is in a great location - right on Canel St - very close to the tourist area of French Quarter and the trolly. Hotel staff was outstanding - went out of their way to make you welcome and comfortable. Mike, the doorman, always...More

The lobby is cavernous and lacks character or warmth. The service is fine but not at the same level as its sister hotel, JW Marriott, across the road. There's nothing unpleasant about this hotel. It just lacks "something". Breakfast service was good. The rooms are...More

This Marriott is clean, comfy and secure. It is a short 3 block walk from Bourbon Street. You can find room deals occasionally if you look enough in advance. Of course, don't even try around Mardi Gras.More
