We stayed stay here for the Holidays and had a wonderful stay! The hotel was decadent and beautiful and was only surpassed by the wonderful service we received from the staff! Special thank you to Jason, Cartaija, Katelyn, Paula and Chris for going above and beyond!

We stayed 2 nights and it was beautiful. We asked for a haunted room lol, and while we didn't get to experience anything on that level, we most certainly loved our room. So beautiful and the bed was comfortable. After walking down bourbon street we decided we were too old for that scene and came back to chill in the room lol. Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. It was our first time out here and it was amazing. Definitely staying here again. Throwing in a pic of the creepy painting outside our room haha. My only kinda negative is the 40 bucks a night for parking. I didn't realize that, but its every hotel around here. I am very grateful its just next door and convenient. I just hadn't anticipated that much to park my car.

Thank you so very much for choosing our Beautiful hotel for your visit. We are thrilled to have your business. We do understand your issue with parking but as you indicate it is the norm for all of the parking in the downtown area of the city. We hope to see you again very soon.

I live about 20 minutes from New Orleans and have driven by this hotel hundreds of times. I always thought how lucky the people are that get to stay there. Well, I finally got my chance and I am sorry to say that it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have travelled all over the country and have never been so disappointed with a hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel more like 2. Bathroom was terrible. Why is there only half of a shower door? I dont even understand that. The beds were not comfortable, everything was dusty and just sad.

Thank for choosing our hotel during your last visit to New Orleans. i am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your stay. The half glass doors are what was installed several years ago and unfortunately there i snot much i can do about that. Many of our guests actually like our beds and ask where they can get them, but we certainly understand that not everyone will like a particular type of bedding. It is surprising to hear that you found the hotel to be unclean as we consistently rank above 4.5 stars for our cleanliness levels. We will certainly look into that. WE do hope that you will visit us again so that we can truly show yoou what LePavillon hospitality truly looks like.

The hotel was the location of my daughter’s 20 person ( down from 200) wedding after her original venue closed due to Covid. Before the wedding, Christopher Couvillion, the events director worked with our wonderful Bridal Consultant, Bunnie of Chocolate Bunnie Events, within a month , to help create a memorable wedding. The hotel was very accommodating in every way. We did not feel like anything was lacking. The hotel is beyond beautiful. The staff placed all of us on the same hallway. We felt like it was our own private hotel. The wedding suite was exquisite. Thank You Le Pavilion For helping my daughter have her dream wedding.

Shelley first thank you for choosing our hotel. I do apologize that you found it not satisfactory. The issue you mention on the side of the hotel is a natural issue throughout New Orleans and is not actually mold, but it is typically handled by power washing the building. I will check into what our maintenance tech may have been cleaning during your stay, but typically we cant vacuum mold. WE hope that on your next return to New Orleans you will try us again.
