We stayed stay here for the Holidays and had a wonderful stay! The hotel was decadent and beautiful and was only surpassed by the wonderful service we received from the staff! Special thank you to Jason, Cartaija, Katelyn, Paula and Chris for going above and beyond!
We stayed 2 nights and it was beautiful. We asked for a haunted room lol, and while we didn't get to experience anything on that level, we most certainly loved our room. So beautiful and the bed was comfortable. After walking down bourbon street we decided we were too old for that scene and came back to chill in the room lol. Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. It was our first time out here and it was amazing. Definitely staying here again. Throwing in a pic of the creepy painting outside our room haha. My only kinda negative is the 40 bucks a night for parking. I didn't realize that, but its every hotel around here. I am very grateful its just next door and convenient. I just hadn't anticipated that much to park my car.
I live about 20 minutes from New Orleans and have driven by this hotel hundreds of times. I always thought how lucky the people are that get to stay there. Well, I finally got my chance and I am sorry to say that it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have travelled all over the country and have never been so disappointed with a hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel more like 2. Bathroom was terrible. Why is there only half of a shower door? I dont even understand that. The beds were not comfortable, everything was dusty and just sad.
The hotel was the location of my daughter’s 20 person ( down from 200) wedding after her original venue closed due to Covid. Before the wedding, Christopher Couvillion, the events director worked with our wonderful Bridal Consultant, Bunnie of Chocolate Bunnie Events, within a month , to help create a memorable wedding. The hotel was very accommodating in every way. We did not feel like anything was lacking. The hotel is beyond beautiful. The staff placed all of us on the same hallway. We felt like it was our own private hotel. The wedding suite was exquisite. Thank You Le Pavilion For helping my daughter have her dream wedding.
This hotel is a little scary mold is growing OUT the side of the hotel we visited 8.14-8/17 for my friends birthday if i knew that the picture make its seem great, I WOULD HAVE NEVER booked this hotel not to mention a worker at the hotel was vacuuming mold at 12am in the hallway of the hotel. Just a complete mess
