Great location in the French Quarter. Amazing staff. Pricey, small rooms, one elevator. They opened the staff elevator for guests to use. Restaurant is open in the mornings with a wonderful buffet or you can order from the menu. Food was delicious!!

This is my worst hotel stay ever. The hotel does not advertise that it is right across the street from a bar that blasts music until 5am. When I complained to the manager they offered me ear plugs. This place shouldn't even rent rooms on this side of the hotel. It is as if they placed a bed right inside...

I've been staying at this hotel for around 10 years now. The quality never fails! It's close to everything you could want, and the staff is super, especially Caleb. I have stayed several different places before, and this one is the best.

Very nice location. Easy access to everything. The room was very nice, except for the wooden shutters on the windows, which shows lots of light at night. The staff is very friendly. The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is really a nice Hotel to stay in the middle of the French Quarter. And the rooms are quiet - even located around the Bourbon Street. French Market, Cathedral and other sights are just a short walk. Very nice and helpfull staff. Valet parking is pricey (but seems to be normal for NOLA).

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
