So, I booked the Executive King room and was told when I checked in that it was not available the first night and that the hotel overbooked, so I was bumped down to the Standard King room. Upon entering the room, although the decor looked nice, the room was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets and comforter,...

What a wonderful place to stay, so peaceful being in the garden district. There were lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the blue line tram stop was across the street. My husband had a problem with the purple walls and carpeting but other than that the rooms were great and bathroom was so spacious with great amenities. The...

We have a favorite hotel in the back corner of the French Quarter, and a second choice in the Warehouse/Arts District. Since our main goal this trip was to spend time at Newcomb Art Museum on the Tulane campus, we picked the Indigo primarily for its location. Our room was spacious and comfortable and overlooked St. Charles Avenue. The bathroom...

We were in town for 4 nights. Our room was quiet which was great. This hotel is very basic - no fridge, no snacks or bottled water in the room. Wifi was good. The staff was very nice. The area was very pretty - a short cab ride to the French Quarter. The problem I had was the cleanliness. The...

I was looking forward to staying at a Hotel Indigo, but this one was very disappointing. We arrived to New Orleans around noon, and though we knew we were early we popped by the front desk. The front desk agent took my phone number and said she'd call when the rooms were ready. We never got a call, so we...

There was a minor issue with my card upon my check in but it got resolved rather quickly with a call to my bank + the help of the manager and a bit from myself to try to boost the process along. 2 thumbs way way up!

If you have a billing discrepancy, get it resolved prior to departing. Did not get a $219.01 credit and am not getting it. Manager is rude and no help. Contacted the Intercontinental Group which handles their rewards program. I got the run around from them too and had to call about 5 or 6 times. They completely washed their hands...

Was visiting area for business trip and having lived in New Orleans during college was familiar with the area. Perfect place if you want to avoid the downtown craziness but still want several dinner options in walking distance or can use the trolley. Room was very nice, updated and larger than I expected. Wish the bar stayed opened later, very...

Booked for Mardi Gras, so hotel was struggling to deal with large volume. Still, no excuse for absolutely FILTHY hall carpets, which were quite literally black with ground-in grime. Trash on floor next to Reception stand, but nobody seemed moved to do anything about it. Welcomed at our room door by an abandoned fridge that had been tossed to the...
