Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

As a loyal Hilton traveler, we hate to see that you are unhappy with the experience. For the special event, as discussed, we unfortunately did not have the room availability to switch your booking from the original Queen/Queen to a King without displacing someone from the room type that they had booked. Likewise, from what we see in the system, the points were simply payment for the guest room over the event. If anything is still out of sorts I am incredibly eager to continue our discussions. We value your loyalty and want to ensure that we resolve this in a manner that embraces that appreciation.

Louis, you are too kind! We are at a loss for words, but assure you that we have shared with the whole team and given out a ton of high fives around the building. Thank you for sharing the feedback with both us, and the tripadvisor community. We cannot wait to see you return to New Orleans!

When you pay over $350 a night for multiple rooms, you expect them to be very clean. Service should exceed your expectations especially when you’re a silver honors member . But even request for a bottle of water was denied to a diabetic .

I do hate that we missed the mark during your stay with us, and thank you for your feedback. I can candidly share that we have spoken with the Front Desk team about your request for water. While they had thought that they were being helpful by sharing that there would be a bottle waiting for you in your room - they realize that the presentation of that information was not ideal and we could have done better meeting your immediate needs. We pride ourselves on truly getting to know our guests and not just meeting but exceeding expectations during visits. I apologize for the error and hope that if you return to New Orleans you may consider giving us another opportunity to provide 5 star service.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bad news is that we got in late and the room wasn't vacuumed very well because there were bits of fried chicken all over the floor. The room was dated and only one of the elevators was working so, it took us

Can anyone tell me what the weather is like the beginning of March am arriving the 6th
It will most likely be warm in the daytime and cooler once the sun goes down. You can expect rain most any time of the year here, so I’d suggest a light windbreaker and some sort of rain wear at the very least. Most of the souvenir shops or convenience stores will have relatively inexpensive rain ponchos, umbrellas and such for sale if you’re space limited. Have fun!

Yes, you can make arrangements with the concierge and bellhop to hold your luggage on the day of check in and check out. As far as airport transportation, call their front desk since that may be available based on the events occurring in the city at the time of your visit.

I suggest you remove the canister, it could get damaged. Yes, they can take an SUV but parking is very tight.
