Virgin Hotel New Orleans is just the perfect size to have a great vacation, friends getaway, even business then some leisure trip. The decor has the Virgin Brand coloring and works very well with this gem property. The decor is tastefully and has that modern but not too much style. Best part of this property probably is there great staff. EVERYONE on staff we had any interaction with or even just observed, all had a great positive attitude and were all attentive and helpful

Every single person that worked there went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Brittany and Tina at the front desk deserve 6 out of 5 stars!!!! Alway with a contagious smile and energy, making sure I was going to the right places when needed.

Rooms were very nice and clean however staff is not very attentive. I chose this hotel because of the concept it advertises. I liked the idea of my stay being personalized to me. However that did not happen during my stay. I did not feel that the staff were very attentive. My anniversary was ruined because the staff was not attentive. My staff was sent to decorate my room for my anniversary and they were sent to the wrong room. So I did not get the experience that was set out for me. Tgen tge upgraded room did not have power to most of the room. We could not use or charge our electronics. The staff did not seem at all concerned or apologetic. I was very disappointed with my experience. I was very excited to stay with this brand but it did not live up to its expectations. The lady at tge coffee shop did not get my complete order. I sat for an hour to realize that my order was not arriving. I usually stay at 5 star hotels and not at all was I expecting that treatment but I was expecting what you advertise. Tge personal experience. My weekend was ruined! More training to staff is definitely needed. More friendly faces, more attention to your guests. Lastly an upgrade should be a working upgrade . The engineer knew the problems of that room so why would we be moved there? Would I refer anyone to this hotel. Unfortunately probably not. As a business owner, physician and vacation rental owner, I was highly disappointed with the customer service I received. Not to mention what had happen could have been a liability issue for the company.…

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well distributed. The hotel staff are not informed, and I feel this is negligent. from the initial reservation itself to the end, where they deactivated my key and caused me to be late for my flight I cannot recommend this hotel.

Had an wonderful experience here in this hotel. The set up and decor in the room are amazing. Very bright colors. The furniture in the dinning area are varied ie. it is not the usual standard arrangements. It is very suitable for group meetings.

Loved the hotel. Really nice decor/lighting in the room and common areas. Rooms were very clean as well and staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Damien who has excellent customer service! The games in the library are super cute and location was perfect. Nice restaurants walking distance. I would stay here again for leisure or work. Thank you for the good experience !

Excellent hotel in every way. In the following order: Staff, location, cleanliness, rooftop bar. Any request I had was immediately addressed by an amazing staff who were beyond accommodating. Only issue I had was price was a tad high for my budget.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to all you would want to see, yet far enough away to be quiet when you want to sleep.

The Virgin Hotel in NOLA far exceeded my expectations. I am a very light sleeper when I travel, and this can be problematic. I requested the hotel place me in a very quiet area of the hotel. They assigned me room 816, a corner room, which was an absolute DREAM! The design of the room allowed the bedroom area to be silent behind the chamber doors. I have never had such a quiet stay in a hotel! We heard NOTHING! The rooms are beautifully appointed & spotless. We struggled a bit in controlling the temperature; but we had plenty of blankets- and any request for better pillows or heavy blankets was immediately responded to. Room service was fast & delicious! We would absolutely stay again.
