Don't waste money on the breakfast, priced too high for what's available. Rooms are adequate but small. Vending machine on 3rd floor was not well stocked and would only take our credit cards for $2.25 drinks.

My wife had to go into "the City" for a conference. This hotel was quiet, somewhat off of the beaten path. Staff very friendly and informative. Saturday afternoon, while my wife was at her conference, I wanted to watch the SEC title game, but the bar was closed. I asked when it would open, and was told that it would...

The staff was extremely welcoming, professional and courteous. They smiled while helping you. The smiles send the message, "We are glad you decided to stay here and would be more than happy to help you!" As a consumer, I don't see that enough.

We selected the hotel for it's price and location and were surprised to have one of our best hotel experiences ever. One of the ways I judge a hotel is by the efficiency of their elevators. They have 3 elevators. They all worked, were fast, smooth and their control system worked the way it is supposed to. This was a...

I've stayed at this hotel once before, but this time was even more convenient and satisfactory. The valet service was great and very prompt, and the valets themselves were so helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and I liked being able to check in ahead of time with the Hilton app. We will definitely be staying here again.

Arrived early evening. Check in and vallet was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location if attending any event in the New Orleans Convention Center. Cabs are readily available. Check out was easy and the vallet got my car back to me quick. Easy on and off I-10!

The hotel is centrally located to downtown NO. The hotel staff is very professional and courteous. Great stay and price point . I also ate in the restaurant. The service was fast and the food selection was heart healthy and NO CUISINE.

Facility was clean and comfortable. The hotel was near the highway, restaurants and the casino. The restaurant at the hotel served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was good. Valet parking is provided but there is self parking near by.

The area is questionable l. The hotel is dated, needs a little upgrading, especially for what it cost to stay there. Overall my stay was average. Acceptable for last minute booking during an event weekend. However, not my first choice.

The location was almost ideal to where we needed to be for the two days, but ease of transportation and ideal weather made walking a plus. I cannot say enough about the staff. Professional, courteous and very helpful for everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Staying in Arts District / Warehouse District

Neighbourhood Profile
Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having moved in and set up shop throughout the disused warehouses for which the area is so well known. Much of the art you'll come across here is local in scope, ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and glass housing large-scale cultural institutions of national prominence such as the National World War II Museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Just as eye catching as what’s on view inside the galleries and museums is the chance to see your ship come in at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which serves as a wistful reminder of the city’s historic maritime prominence.
