We loved the Audubon Cottages! We stayed in a 2 story cottage with our adult children. Wonderful, charming accommodations. Quiet location, yet right in the middle of the French Quarter. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. We had a private courtyard where we ate our breakfast. The pool is warm and provided a nice end to an active day....

Great everything we loved it. Will stay here again!! A little over priced but service great. They checked in on us daily to see how we were and gave great recommendations. Breakfast daily was awesome.

More than I generally pay for a hotel, but I was intrigued by the cottage style, the central pool and breakfast. It was much closer to Bourbon Street and the action than I expected, but as soon as you enter you are in an oasis.

Utterly charming, small and private - a one-of-a-kind experience with a friendly and smart staff. Audubon Cottages is an oasis in French Quarter. Convenient to all the restaurants and music, but and easy escape when you need quiet and charming. If you want a memorable experience - stay here.

We stayed in Cottage 4 and moved to Cottage 5 due to booking issues. Cottage 4 had a private courtyard which we loved. The property is beautiful, clean, and located in the French Quarter. Our butlers were wonderful, especially Maria. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all we could want/need during our stay. One morning she even...

We stayed here for our Sons wedding. They used this venue for First Look. What an amazing venue for this function. We're surprised a full breakfast buffet was served. Butler staff was there for all our needs. Will go back for a getaway weekend just with the wife.

The cottages were amazing and the private courtyard was fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful and the location is ideal for the Quarter. However, the staff is outstanding. Maria, Josh, and Gloria ROCK! The only place to stay in NOLA!👍

This is the place to stay if you want a quiet stay in New Orleans. The cottage butler greeted us everyday and night. The cleaning staff where ever ready to help with anything you needed. Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
