I’ve not stayed at this place. I just never even made it that far. But, my family and I made reservations and it was nothing but ongoing confusion. It’s obvious that the people handling the reservations are clueless about the property. While I understand that they may not be in the same city, one would think that the reservation specialist would provide accurate information and at least be knowledgeable of the property. While responses to inquiries are prompt, they are extremely inconsistent. And, you never ever communicate with the same people. It’s always someone different. But, honestly you do not who you’re communicating with because they never reveal their names. The pictures that are displayed for the units that you think you’re reserving are not accurate. They are models. If you reserve a space with a balcony, do not be surprised if the unit either does not have a balcony or if the balcony is shared with several other units. Furthermore, all of the one bedrooms are described as one bedrooms, but some are actually studios. Additionally, some of the rooms apparently do not even have windows. So, I would suggest you actually reach out to someone before you book to make sure that you actually get what you pay for. Out of an abundance of caution, I finally decided to cancel my reservation after receiving several emails confirming my reservation for the WRONG room. At one point, I even received a confirmation for a room in a totally different building in a different part of the city. The more I emailed to get clarification, the more I received inconsistent information. Finally, I was told that management had changed my room, yet no one could tell me why. I paid for an upgraded room with a balcony and the room I was switched to did not even have a balcony. I am not sure how this place has received such high reviews. If I could leave zero I would have. My experience in just trying to reserve a room has been nothing but a completely horrible experience. …
Hands down! We love this place :) Brandywine is close to many places and my girlfriend really enjoyed it. Clean and comfortable! Their customer service is very efficient and made sure all our questions were answered clearly from start to finish. Sextant stays has done a great job! I definitely recommended staying with them.
Domio/Brandywine Sextant Hotel If you cant reserve a penthouse suite DONT BOOK HERE! I have stayed here on 4 different occasions within the last 3 months & although all the rooms are nice the noise level is horrible if you aren’t in the penthouse. Each time I’ve stayed here locals are having parties in their rooms. These parties go on until 3-4-5am & there is NO FRONT DESK Staff to call to report the noise. As I’m typing this review it’s 3:22am the room next to me is having a party which includes smoking weed (I can smell it & someone keeps yelling PASS THE BLUNT PASS THE BLUNT) loud cursing, screaming/aruging, & loud music playing. I’m trying to put my 2 & 7yr old back to sleep. I’m all for having fun but have some respect for others once it’s 11pm turn the music down I’m tired and want to rest!! This hotel is too pricey to allow guests to continuously do this. I’ve tried them 4 times & only once did I have a peaceful nights rest and that’s bcuz I was in the penthouse suite. It’s no coincidence I think word gets around & people know they can have wild parties here bcuz nothing will be done/said. Yes I would love to beat on the door but they’re lots of people there and they obviously all know each other so that would not be wise of me to go by myself and ask them to quiet down. This should be the hotel’s responsibility to resolve. What if there is some kind of emergency after hours when there is no staff...how would we notify someone besides calling the police and then having to go down to let them in? This is a tragedy waiting to happen & will certainly be my last visit.…
The room we got was wonderful. Great loft feel, a veranda to hang out on, and premium appliances. They really spared no expense. However, the internet to the tv was horrible and we were unable to stream anything. Tried 3 different devices and all had same problem. No YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, or anything else would stream. It probably could have been fixed with a quick reset of the router or something but no one is ever at the front desk, no one answered their supposed 24/7 support, no one answers their Facebook messenger, or anything else I tried. I’ve left 3 voicemails and not a single returned call. Parking- horrid. You are at risk of not being able to get your car out every single time. If someone parks just a little too close or the person behind you doesn’t pull into their spot far enough, then you are not getting out. Can’t figure out what to do with our trash and it’s starting to pile up. Again, I’m sure there’s an easy answer but there is no one there to tell you. Anyway don’t think we will be back to this place again; there are too many other options where they actually provide customer service. …
