As a traveler I always inspect my hotel room upon arrival! Upon removing the Sheets at the Le Meridien in New Orleans we found blood, several urine stains and a bug on the mattress. I was appalled, disgusted, and angry! The Le Meridien hotel is...More

Thank you for the wonderful review and for sticking it out in the nasty weather. We appreciate you sharing your great experience and the comments about the team who made it more enjoyable.
Very nice hotel...room was quiet, spacious, well appointed (with exception of no pen & paper) and bed was very comfortable. Lobby is fine. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. Elevators arrived quickly.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
Our flight arrives in the morning. With check in being 3 PM do they have a secure area to store luggage until then? Or will we be stuck in the lobby with our stuff until the room is ready? Thanks in advance.

We do not provide complementary parking, however you can choose to Valet with us or use the self parking lot directly across Poydras. Valet parking provides for unlimited in and out privileges. When you self park, you will need to pay each time you depart. We try to maintain competitive parking rates with the other hotels in the general area. Thanks for your question.
