What a total DISAPPOINTMENT ! I made reservations for my wife and me and for another couple.
I’ll just list a few of the issues with this place (mind you I was trying to look at the positives since I made the reservations)
What a disappointment. Just got back last evening. The place is FILTHY and it smells. The pool is Disgusting obviously they never clean it, including the hot tub. Cigarette butts everywhere, dirty ash trays all over the place. GROSS... I've never stayed at a place...More

During the week there are bagels, English muffins, toast, cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee, and on the weekends a hot breakfast item is prepared as well. Enough to get you going for a day of fun exploring New Orleans.....

It probably would not be a problem if you were low key about it. There is no central lobby to Rathbone Mansion. All rooms are accessible from either exterior doorways or a central upstairs hallway. I just wouldn't invite your overnight guests to the breakfast in the dining room.
