We like the cleanliness, old charm, but not charming, recently renovated, comfortable but not luxurious. Good value. Well situated at one end of the "action". Nothing to complain, a good place to stay.

Great location in the heart of the French Quarter. 1 block off of Bourbon Street and a few blocks from the French market. We were able to walk everywhere within a few minutes. Ursulines Street is quiet and the Inn is a clean, well maintained property.

Really quaint, but modernized for comfort. Nice sized room, with marble in the bathroom. Great king sized bed! Small, pleasant courtyard, but the hot tub needs replacement. Wonderful staff. Great location, just off Royal Street.

Inn on Ursulines is a great location for visiting New Orleans and particularly the French Quarter. It is conveniently situated within easier walking distance, or an easy streetcar ride to most attractions. There is a great choice of eating places with great music, especially on Frenchman Street which is about four blocks away. The Inn is a comfortable small hotel...

My daughter and I stayed here 3 days around the end of November and we really liked it. Quiet and clean. It was in a historic building and it showed a bit but it's part of the charm of New Orleans. Helpful staff

They were able to accommodate us last minute which was wonderful. After dealing with the nightmare of booking with a third party I would reccomend calling the Hotel directly, it was Much cheaper !!!!!

The room was quirky but had a lot of fun in it. Courtyard was great as we met a number of Canadians. The only issue was hot tub to hot and no one to figures out how to adjust heat. The simple amenities were worked out when I was in need of a bottle opener.

The hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. The room including bathroom were both very clean. Everything was of walking distance from the hotel making it super easy to stop by the room and change or just relax before heading back out. We definetly plan on coming back.

Only 3 bummers: I don't think the room's heater worked, no elevator (3 floors), and the front rooms could get a little loud at night due to tours walking by and those walking to/from Bourbon St. Overall, I would still recommend this place due to nice staff, good spot in the French Quarter with decent prices.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
