Originally constructed in the 1700's, the Inn on Ursulines is one of the oldest structures in the French Quarter. Our inviting courtyard is your personal sanctuary from the ongoing thrill that is the New Orleans experience. With both location and comfort, the Inn on Ursulines is the perfect home base for your next authentic French Quarter adventure.

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.

Hotel's Favourite
I've stayed at all four now and this one is a definite favorite of mine. I like the private courtyard and it's close enough to everything without being in a noisy area. Absolutely lovely staff there who are super helpful.

Short walk to French Market, Frenchmen Street, Bourbon, and right on beautiful Royal. Perfect quiet corner of the French Quarter. Loved our stay and will be back! Rooms were clean and we were very comfortable.

Definitely would recommend this delightful small property conveniently located to everything in the Quarter. Would be nice if parking was a bit more convenient, but it was a secure lot and just a pleasant short walk away.

Room #2 was great. We loved the direct access to the street. It was not loud at all even when we were there for new years. Perfect location and close to the attractions of the French Quarter. We would book it again.

I had the last room on the second floor. I didn’t smell cigarette smoke in my room but I did have to walk past people smoking. It was originally built in the 1700’s & New Orleans is a moldy place (I have family roots here reaching back to the 1790’s~ so I say that with love), so beware. I love the inn on Ursulines but you might need a newer spot.
