We had my husband's retirement ceremony and reception here. It was fabulous! We had about 21 guests so the small courtyard and newly added bar area were perfect. The event planner Jeanne was excellent. She was great to work with and made everything so easy...More

We stayed for only one night but wished we could have stayed longer! I was so worried, after researching other hotels for days, that we'd end up in a less than appealing place. This was not the case at all! Lafitte is clean, bright, comfortable...More

First things first, not Bourbon Street sort of people. So we wished we'd stayed a little further away as 2 am rabble rousing on the streets is not our thing. That said, this is a nice historic building with a character filled accommodation offer. The...More

My mom booked this place because of how Expedia sold it. Well, they lied. Just about everything was a lie. No free breakfast, no concierge, no fast internet, no real TV, no maid service, no coffee maker in room, no was there all these extra...More

This place is very, very old, but it does have character, which I love! It is towards the end of the busy side of Bourbon St, but, that makes it no less noisy! It is next to John Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop(rowdy, noisy bar) The location...More

Hi there. Each room does not have a balcony. There is a shared balcony off the kitchen. The back rooms are very small- the slave quarters- that is where I stayed. The main rooms in the house are quite large and have large... More

Hi, we have a lot right next to the property that is on a first come, first serve basis. The charge is $30/night and we do not allow any in and out privileges.
