Forget all the reviews that say this is an old and dirty hotel -- it is old and beautiful, the architecture is incomparable! It may be a little worse for wear as it is over 100 hrs old, but the room and bathroom was clean....More
The hotel is a wonderful historical experience. It is a must for history buffs. I felt the rates were reasonable for the unique experience and location. I could have just walked around looking at all of it's interesting features and architecture for hours!

I would recomment the Hotel Hot Springs about 2 blocks away. It has handicap accomodations. I don't recall seeing such accomodations at the Arlington, but recommend you calling if you prefer it. It's a great old hotel.
