Its my 3rd time and we always get the natural hot springs water. These rooms have the best views. The natural hot water is a great way to start the day. A 20 min hot soak feels great. The room service is wonderful no matter if its breakfast or a late night snack. Probably the best hotel lobby you will...

My family stayed at the Arlington Resort and Spa in the Smarty Jones Suite. The suite has 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each with a stand up shower. It has a sitting room, living room, and back deck area. The hotel itself is worrysome with lots of structural issues. The pool area has rusted railing and there was a large...

There are other cheaper hotels near, and a brand new refurb near by. This grand old gal needs a lot of attention, lets hope she gets it. If you go and are expecting a beautiful pool area and hot tub...loose that thought. If New Orleans can still have hotels with charm in the French Quarter, but be modern at the...

Every time we go the hotel and staff get better. We booked a room for April 20-23, 2017. We were running really late so we contacted the hotel. We spoke with Rodney who said the late arrival would be no problem. We asked if he would cut the air on in our room and he explained how there air/ heat...

My last visit to this hotel was back in September and I said I would never go again because I was not impressed. We decided to go and spend one night in Hot Springs before going to a different city the next day. The only thing the Arlington has going for it is its location. If it had not been...

Stumbled upon hot springs on a road trip; wasn't sure we were going to stay but then found out about the Arlington and decided to give it a try. Like many others said it is a bit outdated but has sooo much charm. It makes you feel like you're in a different era. The entrance, terrace, elevators, pretty much everything...

I've always wanted to stay at this hotel -- finally got my chance!! It is a neat place with lots of character; however, it could use some maintenance! The lobby is awesome -- big band music, etc. We didn't get a chance to do a bath, as our schedule was too tight. I'm glad I finally got the opportunity to...

This hotel was amazing but we did not valet park so we either had to park on the road or two blocks down the street. Other than that the hotel was very nice and centrally located for the strip. We were walking distance to just about everything there was to do. We did some Christmas Shopping and some sight seeing...

We choose this hotel for the history part. Will never stay here again. First thing when I went to use one of the glasses it had something red dried on it first I thought maybe on the bottom but no glass was dirty. Second the next morning when I went to make coffee there was coffee still in it from...
