This is a place where you can meditate and just relax. Very calm atmosphere, fresh temperature, rooms are OK. The restaurant is very nice, perhaps they should make effort on their food ?? lack of taste.

We stayed 3 nights in a Villa which offered amazing views to the north including a distant view of the ocean on clear days. The room was spacious and clean and more than adequate. However it was not fully sealed by design and sleeping under a mosquito net seemed to add to the experience. Whilst there not appear to be...

In our bungalow (20) you could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms above and adjacent, even people whispering. It sounded like an earthquake when someone was coming down the stairs. Ear plugs strongly recommended! Not very secure either, no safe in the room and the door does lock but you could quite easily push it open even when locked. The saving...

Puri Lumbung was a real jowel discovery in our trip of 2 weeks (2 family - 10 people) organized by Atalante of France. This is a budget hotel pricewise but offered great amenities. Rooms are large and cosy with the bathroom downstairs. Views on the rice field are breath taking and a number of short treks are available from the...

Whether sitting outside for breakfast, or on a covered veranda for dinner, or from the balcony of our room, the views everywhere are breathtaking. Best massage of my life. Beautiful Balinese dance performance. Delicious food. Sunset views and drinks with other travelers. What could be better?

The restaurant at this accommodation is high quality. Great views whilst dining, live traditional music (when we were there at least!), friendly staff and well kept premises. On top of this, the food was excellent. Rarely do I eat desert whilst dining out but I felt I'd miss out if I didn't get more of their food on my visit!...

I spent 3 nights at Puri Lumbung and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were warm and friendly. The view over the rice fields and off to the sea in the distance was spectacular! The accommodations are separate and spread around the grounds and all different. Mine was a former rice storage facility, two levels with the outdoor bathroom below and...

Here is an chance for adventure. Cottages overlooking rice paddies. Deco inside is of course a bit outdated so is the bathroom but it's ok. The view is magic, the food is ok. Nothing spectacular but the setting is really fun. Activities are mostly about walking to 2 mountain falls which would take 3-4 hours to do and a bit...

For $130 a night it's not that great. Not saying it's not nice- the views are amazing, the rooms are pretty good, the restaurant is ok, but you could spend $35 a night down the road at some really authentic homestays/villas and have just as good if not better food, and live the Bali experience. Get amongst it!

Puri Lumbung Cottages is a nice hotel in the nature of Munduk. It's divided into small bungalows, designed in balinese tradition, with a balcony. Rooms are clean and people are friendly. We can also recommend the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are tasty. If you like, they have a Spa and Yoga lessions. If you are looking for a calm relaxing...
