You definitely get what you pay for accommodation wise, simple room and the sheets were a little on the smelly side. However it was clean and the owners very friendly. Food at the local restaurants was superb, very fresh. Amazing place to go hiking and see the waterfalls. Views are incredible, truly breathtaking. Wifi was good too.

One homestay is quit good compared to the price. The sanitair was just new, the rooms clean and with warm water, pressure and wifi. The view is amazing and the owner very friendly. He gave us a drawn map of the region. We found the waterfalls but honestly this was quite a search in the jungle.. They also organized a... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at One Homestay. The accommodation is located at the westernmost end of the main “town” area—just a kilometer stretch of road encompassing most of the restaurants and small stores. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Warung Classic, some of the best food for price and value in Munduk. One Homestay is also very close... More

All you want to do is sit on the terrace and admire the views, which are best early in the morning. I was also lucky to see a beautiful sunset. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi available. The owner will give you a map (his own sketch) to go trekking. Beautiful rice terraces all around. There also... More

Stayed for two nights. The best views of the valley from your balcony and walking distance to 2 waterfalls and rice paddies (they give you a map of the routes). Hosts were helpful but obviously busy with family life. Room is a good nice with a mosquito net and a cold shower wet room. Be aware the early mornings are... More

Me and my friend stayed here for two nights in June and really enjoyed ourselves. The view from the rooms and the restaurant was stunning. After staying in manic Kuta and busy Ubud it was brilliant to stay somewhere so peaceful. Ulun Danu Bratan temple is a must. The hotel have a car and can you take you there for... More

We didn't sleep there but we sat down after our hike. Mostly for the view. Then we decided to have the loempia (spring rolls ) and Oh My God. They were the best spring rolls I ever had! We came back later and ordered them again but they were out of stock. Because the lady who made them in the... More

We found this to be a nice place to stay at and the price was very reasonable. It is situated just off the main road where almost every second house is available for homestay, try to avoid the kamikaze motor bikes when walking along the main road. The food served on the veranda at One Homestay was tasty and cheap,... More

I booked this place mainly on TA reviews especially all the comments about the friendly family taking care of you. We stayed here with our 3 kids aged 14, 12 and 8 spread across 3 rooms and 2 floors. The scenery is amazing and we loved the walks in the area and spent a morning down at Treetops in Bedugul... More
