Positive - EVERYTHING, great staff, nice pools & gardens, walking distance to must things, food everywhere.. Negative - Only complaint was the noisy inconsiderate neighbors, some people have no respect. Beach dirty but we knew that it would be this time of year.

Jayakarta has the traditional Balinesse feel but to be honest for what you are spending the rooms really are not worth it. we got "pool side rooms" paying more than your standard and were put on the first floor over looking a garden. Yes it was located closer to the pool than other rooms but the facilities it just wasn't...

Great hotel, especially for families as it's really quiet. Location is really good - the hotel backs on to the beach and its only a short 10 minute walk to Kuta. Some really nice restaurants next to the hotel facing the beach. The food was great, defiantly get the buffet breakfast. There was 3 pools to choose from, all of...

We stayed here years ago and were looking forward to our return. However, the rooms are in bad need of updating. We were upgraded, so i don't want to know what cheapest rooms were like. The charges are also ridiculous. We travel with 2 and 4 year old and it was cheaper to get two rooms than one and share...

Stayed here for two nights in December 2014 and went to the new year eve party held by the hotel. Reading the review before booking, i was quite skeptical because some says that staying in the apartment means that walk quite far for breakfast in the hotel. Turns out, it's not far. The hotel complex occupy quite large area, so...

We have just returned from a 7 day stay in Bali at the Jayakarta. The room for the price was clean, cool and acceptably comfortable. The grounds are very well kept. The location is good, only a short taxis ride to Eat St Seminyak. Breakfast was appalling, In all my visits to Bali I have never experienced such apathetic service, they...

I have just returned from an 8 day stay at the Jayakarta Hotel & Spa Bali. I would highly question the hotel's star rating and description of facilities. Despite the website's promises there was no WI FI or television reception, on complaint we were passed around and laughed at, never having our complaint properly resolved. The rooms are old, small...

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Rooms are so old and hotel staff were so rude! Worst food as my partner and I got very sick. There was even an animal living in the room of our room which nothing was done about. Could not wait to leave!!

OMG!!! We have just spent 10 wonderful days in Bali for the very first time with our family of 4. These apartments are absolutely amazing, comfortable, clean and modern close and central to all things in Bali and if not the staff they have employed are more than happy to assist you. Room 6512 was awesome it suited our family...
