Staff are very helpful and friendly. The beach across the street from the hotel is dirty, but then again, thats the case in all of Kuta/Legion area. The pool was great, clean and a swim up bar. Food served at the hotel was yummy, a lil over priced. The beds were comfy, love the lanai and amenities in the room,...

For location, value and a little bit of a 'sanctuary' vibe, you can't go past Alam Kul Kul. I travelled to Legian in November for a little RnR on my own, without my partner and was looking for a basic but good stay, somewhere within Legian and close to the beach but still somewhere nice. Basically I wanted a place...

This was our first stay at Alam Kulkul and it was a little disappointing. We had two new alam lanai rooms which have apparently been recently renovated - it looks like it was not that recent and could do with another facelift. The location of these rooms was great, off the main road and very quiet around the smaller pool....

Staff were good, but I paid £70/75 per night and expected a better. Didn't think the guests / communal / lounge areas very good. Lacked atmosphere. My room felt a little damp. If your spending that much I would suggest shopping around, I wish I did. You can get better for less!

It was my first stop in Bali. Stayed there for 6 night and 4 out of these night were horrible. First the AC position is far away from the bed and upon my check in I requested to have another room due to the heat and was told all villa's AC are positioned the same but 1 room but with...

Located next to the Pullman on the main beach road from Kuta to Legian, this boutique resort is not 3 star as I have rated, but on our experience doesn't quite get to 4 star. The resort is set back from the road so unless you are at the roadside restaurant then there is no traffic noise. Very relaxing around...

Stayed there over the weekend with friends. And not that it is a bad place, but based on many other reviews and the pics and information on TA, my expectation had been apparently set too high. It is an old place, and in particular the section with the not yet renovated rooms make you feel that. There is paintwork coming...

We were on our way back to Melbourne from London so decided on a short stay in Bali. This is a small resort but just across from the beach. The staff are very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was included in the price and was buffet style so you were the only one to blame if you...

If you the kind of person looking for quite and nature loving stay but don't won't to be too far from the happing's / downtown, this is the place: lovely facilities & staff makes you feel homely. Just cross street the kuta beach which offer lot of activities such as suffering lessons. Mr. Kutuk the guy runs the tour desk,...

Have just spent the last week at this hotel. I loved the garden throughout the hotel, a real Balinese feel about the place which I loved. We stayed in the new alam rooms Which were very nice, and overlook the garden pool. The breakfast was nice, not as Hugh as most hotels but a good variety. Egg station that will...
