The Romo was surprisingly good! Very big and clean, and with a very nice bathroom. The location is not the best but in Amed is hard to move around without a scooter so you would need to rent one anyway. The owner is very nice and the breakfast too. The restaurant is not the best but it wasn't that but...

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. When I walked in the room, the overwhelming stench of mothballs was sickening. There were no towels, no cups. Ants and cockroaches were everywhere. The hotel staff is rude. I saw rats running out of the kitchen. There are many nice choices in Amed. Pay a little more because in this...

Stayed here for 2 nights and almost moved after one. - the bathrooms wreaked of moth balls. There were 2 balls in the sink. We had to take them outside. After removing them, it did air out a bit but then started to smell like light sewage - the sink and toilet were so gross. (See pictures) Upon arriving the...

I got picked up at the airport by the owner of the hotel - a really friendly and such a kind man! He invited me into his hotel with open arms and would really like to help me with tours and whatever I wanted. The room was so nice - big room with big bed. I must say I didn't...

Amaaaaazing view from the balconies. Be sure to get up early and watch the profile of Lombok in the sunrise. Nice room. Outdoor bath with hot water and nice pool. The aircon was noisy and the staff seemed nice but tired. A bunch of flies because of mango season, but nonne seemed to care. The breakfast is boring - standard...

During our one night stay we maybe had to high expectations off this place. The rooms was spacious but didn't had a good AC, so during the night it was pretty hot. The view was great with a nice overlook on the sea. Unfortunately we lost our key during a trip with the scooter, yes our fouls. But we where...

Nice big bright rooms with fantastic views and infinity pool. Can't understand why they insist on putting an extra single bed in the room which makes it somewhat cramped. However as they don't provide hangers for the hanging space, the extra bed came in useful for storage!.The bathroom, whilst spacious was pretty grubby and let it down. The room doesn't...
