The mighty Arabian Sea keeps its calmness away from the laughter of its relentless waves. The coolness of the sea breeze began to spread all over and get filtered into the cosy rooms of the Marari Beach Paradise. Like a mesmerising feel of a new life. Marari Beach Paradise Aptly located at the view of the mighty Arabian Sea fringed with rows of coconut trees around, offers you an all new experience of life. It has five well appointed rooms with all modern amenities. Designed and created with a touch of typical Kerala architectural style inside and outside. Marari Beach Paradise has in store absolute serenity and tranquillity at every corner. The stintless support of the bonhomous staff will make you feel at home far away from your home.

Lovely homestay right on the beach with view over fishing boats to the sea. We were made very welcome by Martin, his son, Mary, Margaret and the whole family on arrival . (We were delighted to hear from Rinjo after we left that Martin'sfirst grandchild had arrived safely!) Dinners included very fresh seafood (crab) and fish, as you'd expect from a fishing family! The breakfast banana coconut pancakes and fresh smoothies were very enjoyable. There are several beach cafes and restaurants about 10-15 minutes walk away, which were good for lunches. The much-mentioned Rinjo was away at the start of our trip but had communicated this by Whatsapp and we very much enjoyed his chat - his English is excellent - when he returned, as well as his help with travel arrangements etc. Rinjo is also aware of environmental issues and intends to start a project to involve local children in regularly helping to clean up any debris from the beach. WiFi was excellent.

We were sorry to leave ! A superb homestay right by the beach - you fall asleep to the sound of the waves, after delicious dinners with your feet in the sand. We spent four nights here and were so well looked after by Rinjo and the team. We were at the end of our 3 week Keralan trip so this was a perfect place to relax. We went to the early morning fishermen's market and had a delicious local breakfast with Rinjo. The fish for dinner, whether grilled or in a curry was delicious but you can choose other Keralan dishes too. Breakfast, with your feet in the sand, watching the local fishermen drinking one of Rinjo's fresh fruit smoothies - paradise. Early morning swims, just 2 minutes walk from the place and watching sunsets was magical. The internet connection was very good. Even though we had four nights here we could have stayed longer. Nothing was too much for them. A charming homestay Thank you Rinjo, Martin and Mary and team.

As soon as I arrived I was charmed by Marari Beach Paradise... The warm welcome by Rinjo and his team, the lovely setting just opposite the beach and next to a fisherman's village, the simple but charming and very comfortable accommodation... and the exquisite dinners cooked by Rinjo. I spent 2 nights there but I wished I could have stayed longer... It is a great place to relax, go for walks on the beach and meet the locals and catch a tuktuk with Rinjo early morning to go to the fish market and have breakfast there! Loved it so much that I am planning to go back there this summer :) I highly recommend Marari Beach Paradise run by the wonderful, kind, funny Rinjo to anybody who wants to visit this beautiful part of South India.

We spent several nights in this homestay and were particularly charmed by the welcome and kindness of Rinjo Lainis. To be recommended absolutely. Rinjo pointed us to a high quality ayurveda centre (Amma Ayurveda Wellness Centre) to treat back pain: excellent also for massages.
