This might be the worst place to visit. You should never prefer this place. Staff not professional and shall also some time misbehave with us. They have sufficient infrastructure but do not enough resource to execute that. Many times the basic amenitites are missing

Abusive staff, Manager ! Seems illiterate ! Filthy mouth !. Be careful. They will tell you one rate then charge whatever they want at the checkout. Typical way of doing business. Be careful and make sure that you receive the receipt what you pay. They may flatly refuse. They did that to me. No proper shower. Lots of insects including centripid. Horrible AirCon. List is broken almost all the time. Avoid this place at any cost. Tell friends as well.

Having attended a well organized function at this hotel, a year back, I booked a room for a night at this hotel, recently. A day before check-in, I called up the manager/receptionist, from the contact given. The person sounded very arrogant in the way he spoke and informed me that the booking is not confirmed from the booking site. After talking again with the booking site customercare, I was promised that the issue will be resolved in a few hours time. The day I was supposed to check-in, I was told by the website customercare that the hotel authorities were not willing to talk and resolve the issue. To be sure about it, I called up the hotel again and the same uncouth person with whom I had talked a day before told me in absolute arrogance that, he is not responsible for the booking issue. His highly unprofessional attitude made me decide to cancel the booking right away. Long Story Short: Without even staying at this place, I decided never to stay at this hotel, just because of highly unprofessional way the hotel team managed my booking. Thumbs down!

The hotel itself is OK. However, it looks like I was only a person living in 5 or 6 store building. The pool is empty, no A/C in the halls. The towels could be washed properly. Also, you need to adjust the A/C unit in the room. Alternatively it will blow cold air at your bed all night. So, this is a very average place. I would rather stay somewhere else.
